How do we start a class action lawsuit against Shopify and these companies on here that are not legitimate ? Shopify should be verifying these companies. They are the ones we pay our money to. Are they legitimate ? I’m tired of being scammed !!

Ordered an item early July 2025. Received a tracking number for item showing it was shipped from mainland China to Hong Kong. After 7 week tracking said it went through customs. Since then no other info and company has nut responded to my email. Seeing similar complaints I wish I had checked this site first. Lesson learned.

Like everyone else on here, I was scammed.
Ordered in July. 2 week later received an email to review my order.....which I hadn't received. Checked the shipping # they gave me; it said my package was in Hong Kong. I've tried contacting CYBX but nothing.

Straight scam make you not want to buy nothing else

Can I give them no stars since the company doesn’t exist? I ordered a pool float, received tracking information fairly quickly but that information led to nothing after a few weeks and the company is gone. I have reported this to my bank.

It’s time to start a class action lawsuit against Shopify and Facebook for not vetting advertisers. With losing $300 total this year alone on TWO scam stores, both advertised on Facebook using Shopify, both companies are compliant and liable for damages.

Total SCAM !!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT THEM DOWN!!!🤬🤬🤬

Made a order on AC uints never got scam,scam,scam,scam,scam,scam

I purchase floats for the Pool a month ago... They were delayed with a tracking number that said it was coming from Hong Kong. This week it said it was local. Out-for-delivery two days ago and delivered yesterday. Which of course makes no sense - and the PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED. Now their phone is not answered and either are my emails.

CYBX HyperCool AC units...SCAM. Ordered August 1, 2025, never shipped, never received. Googled company only to find out CYBX is a baby stroller and car seat company.
1st time I failed to research a company before purchasing. Apparently this scam takes your money and runs away.
They advertised u-shape AC units at a good price. Obviously, too good to be true!
There is no active number for company nor any "customer support!"
Already placed a fraud report to bank!

Ordered an ultra clean vacuum, complete SCAMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!. Received a survey asking to rate the product. NO WORKING NUMBER, NO WORKING EMAIL AND NO PRODUCT!!!!! Horrible don't buy from them at all.

I should know better. Same story deal from Facebook and looked legit now site and number fails.

Fortunately, Capital One card was used and these guys must be a known issue as I got refund same day!

My question how can Facebook keep listing this company. And it’s not the real company. It’s a scam. How are they not liable. This has happened to so many people. They got me for $80. Come on Facebook ??

Put in 2 orders. They took our money and we did not ever receive any items.

Scam. Took my money never sent products now no website and the phone number isn’t working. Put in a complaint with citi bank hope to get my money back
