Simon is brilliant. I always go to him for bike servicing and buying bikes. He always goes above and beyond in keeping his clients happy and I would never go anywhere else. As an example my chain snapped during a bike ride yesterday. I let him know and he was out this morning and has fixed it. Fantastic service.
Cycle fixit are always helpful, friendly and reliable, they carry a good stock of spares, tools and assorted equipment, if they haven't got what you want they will order it immediately. Can't be beaten for value or service.

A wonderful e-bike service from Dennis and the team at Cyclefix on Ashley Road, Poole. Could not take my Sygma e-bike to its usual place so took it to Cyclefix. They replaced a back tyre, mended the mud guard, realigned everything and now feels like a new bike. Highly recommend them for their expertise and knowledge.
