Customer services got back to me very quickly, with all the information I needed, in a way I could understand it.

Wasn't much for them to do, but they were polite and sorted what needed it.

Really easy to understand process and customer service gave me a call to answer a few of my questions when I was unsure. Living in a city this can give me the peace of mind I need when locking up my new bike in town, hopefully I'll never need to claim! But feel very happy knowing its there.

I am usually sceptical when it comes to insurance firms as they can be reluctant to accept claims but Wigggle’s bike insurance is a must for any rider who uses their bike regularly. I made a claim following damage to a carbon wheel and, after some correspondence with a member of their team (via phone & email), I received a payment. Very good cover at a fair price

Wiggle Cycle Insurance is an brilliant service and a must have if you’re an enthusiastic cyclist like I am. When I opened my policy, the advisors were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. And when I was the victim of theft, I contacted Wiggle and spoke with Deon who was excellent and sympathetic to my situation, then he started my claim process. I then exchanged E-mails with Alain who handled my claim quickly and professionally. I am very happy that my issue was resolved, thank you Wiggle.
