Visited Cycle King on Saturday 7th March as we were looking to buy a bike for our 9-year-old daughter. Alan was extremely helpful and took the time to talk us through several options without any pressure to buy.

Once we made our decision, we were told the bike would be assembled and ready to collect the following day, which was very convenient.

The price was excellent and the customer service was outstanding. We will be returning to buy a helmet and again in July to purchase a bike for our son. I would highly recommend Cycle King — you won’t be disappointed.

Great price, fast delivery and a great selection of items

gears were jumping on the bike i had bought off them, took it into coventry road, yardley , he had a 10 second look and said he cant see anything wrong with it, take it for a ride, i said that i had rode it up here and they are jumping into different gears, he then said, if you had bought a thousand pound bike off us, instead of a cheap one, you wouldnt have these problems, you get what you pay for,,,,my advise is, dont buy from hawk cycles, very poor customer service, and dont care attitude staff

All the staff know their stuff, very professional and polite. Friendly and helpful and honest.

I brought a Ammaco Stealth Mountain bike, black 27 speed. Had no problems at all buying the bike and taking it home the same day.Staff were friendly and helpful!

Made an order for click n collect although goods took a while to come. I was pleased with there communication.very professional and informative.overall a good experience and will continue to use.

I took my grandson's bike to Hawks Cycles in South Yardley this weekend to replace a part of the gear system which we thought was broken and needed replacing.
It transpires that the part was not broken but had been fitted the wrong way around by a major bike retailer.
The team at Hawks cycles could easily have charged me the full price for carrying out the replacement works but did not.
I was very impressed with their honesty and friendly approach to their customer service

Dreadful and the manger extremely condescending . I bought an expensive bike for my grandson. It was built by the shop. The front wheel fell off the day after delivery. The bike stand was fitted too close to the back wheel and rubbed the tyre. The chain came off completely.the seat repeatedly came off causing my grandson to fall off the bike. In returning the bike to the shop we were refused a refund despite what is recorded on the website as they believed the bike had been scratched the bike should be checked everyday to make sure all nuts and bolts are tight.i have shopped at Hawkes cycles doe or ably 20 years …..no more

Im 42 years of age and my parents brought my bikes from Here growing up and now im buying my children's bikes from here . Excellent service and bikes are fantastic quality wouldn't shop anywhere else

Took my daughter’s bike to be put together. Met by the manager Alan. He was very helpful and polite. Picked bike up an hr later, with a smile and a thank you for using us. I will be sure to let my friends know to go to this shop. Thank you very much for your kindness and support.
