I bought an excellent Merida Crossway bike from Cycle Lane recently, very knowledgeable team knowing right away the suitable size and likely quick adjustments needed. Will use Cycle Lane in future.

I recently bought a Felt bike and accessories from Cyclelane. As a cycling novice, John and Richie were very extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I'll certainly be back.

Stumbled across cyclelane as I was searching for a Merida 7000e. Was the cheapest in the U.K. by a substantial margin. Absolute bargain. Great friendly advice as I had a few queries. Ordered just before Christmas bike arrived in the next few days really well packed. Couldn’t fault anything great service great company would highly recommend

I spoke to CycleLane after searching for a particular bicycle I wanted. It was unavailable anywhere else in the UK in my size. CycleLane had two in my size and at a better price that all other online stores. This was on 21st December. CycleLane took my order, assuring me delivery by 23rd December. The bike turned up as promised by TNT courier. It was nicely packed but easy to make ready to ride. Next time I am interested in a new bike, I will certainly put CycleLane at the top of my list.

Bought an Orbea laufey MTB from Cyclelane Glasgow which was a good choice of a bike but also of a place to buy a bike. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and not doing hard sell. Got the bike set-up and had a firt free check-up after few ride (and bent drop out). I highly recommend Cyclelane if you are looking for a bike and they have some nice bikes !

Bought a lovely new hybrid bike from the Cyclelane Cathcart store in Glasgow a few weeks back. I found the team to be incredibly helpful, honestly communicating stock levels and ensuring that the bike I'd chosen was right for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others looking for a new bike.

CycleLane were amazing throughout. I contacted a number of cycle shops and they were the only ones to respond and did so same day. Nothing was too much trouble, John advised on sizing and an alternative model when the bike I wanted; sold out during my indecisiveness. An alternative model was suggested and I was pleased to be able to put my business with cyclelane. Delivery was quick and the bike is awesome! True customer service seems to be a dying trend but fortunately not at CycleLane

I was very impressed with my recent experience with Cyclelane. I had identified the bike i wanted (Frog 69) and it was very difficult to source online with Covid delays and stock availability. Not only was it in stock at Cyclelane, it was assembled in advance and ready to take away within a few days. The bike is great for my son, very lightweight and easy for him to change gears. Thank you John and your team.

Excellent service, I ordered an Orbea MX for my daughter and an Elite Direto XR home trainer and the service has been excellent. Despite stock problems due to COVID John kept me informed and then delivered it to the house when it arrived!

I had an issue with a previous bike supplier having the bike in the wrong colour because of this I ordered late with Cyclelane for my sons birthday.

Because of the previous experience I phoned to check on stock and had brilliant customer service from John. He checked made sure all in stock and correct plus expedited the order so that I got it in time for my sons birthday.

I was shocked at how helpful and kind Cyclelane were helping out. I never write reviews but my sons smile made me realise I needed to thank John and Cyclelane.

Whilst they were clearly very busy John and the team at Cyclelane delivered....being prepared to chase around suppliers to find me a specific item. They were honest about delivery times, and gave solid advice. The goods arrived as promised and they kept me informed. I'd be more than happy to use them next time.

Fantastic service.At a time when new bikes are like hens teeth, John at cycle lane delivered a perfect bike for my 8 year old son (we live in a different country) in less than 5 working days.

Ordered a bike from Cyclelane as only place I get my Felt parts from, the customer service is nothing short of excellent and a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble.

Even though I live in Kent I am more than happy to consider Cyclelane my go to Local Bike shop (albeit 600 miles away)

Bought a bike online, quick and efficient communications and delivery. The bike manufacturer forgot to include the front light - Cyclelane guys chased it up for me, got the light and posted it. Very impressed with their professionalism and customer after-care.

I bought an Orbea Gain ebike from John at Cyclelane. The price was excellent - he had a deal on so keep your eyes peeled! The bike was a wee bit late. Not Cyclelane's fault it was late from the factory. John delivered it to me personally on his day off which he didn't need to & is brilliant customer service. I've been back for various bits & pieces & the after sale service is great as well. I'll defo be a returning customer.

Excellent, quick service. Ordered an orbea 20 MX dirt for my son - very few places had any in stock but cyclelane did and it was delivered within a week, brilliantly packaged. John kept me informed about when it would arrive and answered my questions very promptly. We have one very happy 5 year old with his new mountain bike!

I'd been struggling for weeks to find a bike that suited during the covid bike peak. I found my mx40 29 with cyclelane toward the end of May/early June which I ordered. It was quite a lengthy purchase, purely down to supply which was understandable. During that time John kept me informed and offered me various alternatives along the way, which don't think you'd get from an online competitor. In the end, I got the bike I wanted in a different colour sooner than if I'd not been given the choice.

When the bike came in, it was turned around quickly and arrived in Hampshire the next day.

My husband ordered me an Orbea 27 50 after I suffered a fractured collar bone on my previous bike. John confirmed that it was in stock and it arrived on the south coast within a few days. Really speedy service, well packaged and I am really pleased with my bike, although still can't ride it quite yet! I would highly recommend Cyclelane, thank you, I now have something to look forward to when I'm back outside again.
