I placed an order due to the competitive price. I then saw the reviews on multiple platforms. However, the delivery estimate was 5-10 (working) days. The power pedals came in 9 working days.

I emailed and used Twitter/X but got no response because I was getting nervous.

They may not be very communicative but the goods arrived in the timescale advertised.

Was a bit wary after reading reviews they were the only ones with a r7100 crank slightly late with delivery but got one the only problem is communication

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a power meter, after several weeks of chasing someone named Bob emailed to say they had the item in and would need to take the payment again as it had been so long. I sent the payment again (which was a lot of money) and received an incompatible item. I phoned and left a message asking to send it back. Someone phoned me and agreed I could send it back for a refund. I did this that same day via Royal Mail recorded delivery and 3 months later have not received any communication or a refund despite numerous emails and phone calls. Avoid this scam and shop elsewhere.

very good company they should enter the stock market and start mining bitcoin, they need better tracking info, maybe higher a poor 16 year old apprentice and make him do customer service for 5.30 an hour one hour a week and the company will improve signifcantly. respond to these reviews as well.

TLDR: Needs better customer service (theres none online at the moment) , better tracking details for products via delivery, and overall more secure delivery methods

Like many others, I fell into the trap of ordering from here on 03/08 for an “in stock” item. 20 days later I’ve had no item, no email, no reply to my email and nobody answers the phone, screams of a scam to me. I’ve now ordered elsewhere and trying to cancel the payment via PayPal.

shocking experience with this company. placed an order for powertap pedal caps on june 1st and not heard a thing since. tried phoning and emailing but with zero response. I'm in the Rugby area in a couple of weeks and tempted to go knocking their door. at the very least avoidable as their customer service is non existent

Avoid. Ordered a spider for rotor cranks which listed as “ships in 2 to 3 days”. I ordered on a weekend so fair to allow a few days to process. 11 days now passed however. No “we are out of stock” or “there is a delay, can you wait?”. No anything actually, despite querying eta or any other clue what is happening. Oh, well, actually, I did end up with a charge hold I can’t clear off PayPal and being left wondering if it’s worth sourcing the same part elsewhere from a retailer who actually wants custom, and so I can actually finish a build…

Purchased a pair of Favero Assioma and they arrived 2 weeks later. A week later than estimated delivery date. I asked when I can expect them and had no response, no big issue. However after reading reviews of this company i began getting extremely concerned they would never show up and I would lose my money. I am gravely concerned for if I need a warranty replacement or repair as there seems to be ZERO customer communication with this company. After this experience I would rather pay the higher cost at the likes of sigma sports for peace of mind.

Don not use this company ,long story short , been waiting for my Favero pedal nearly 2 months after returning them after an unsuccessful repair . Endless emails, phone calls no responce . So now I’m out of pocket for original repair and no pedals, so is this theft?? Been in touch with Favero who have been excellent , they said they had contacted CPM and they would email me, that was 2 weeks ago and nothing! I’m probably going to have to write these off unless I physically knock on their door which could very well happen!! Stay away from This company, wish I had !!

Placed an order, but received no parts and zero communication. Tried emailing and calling, leaving messages but no shipment. Luckily, the PayPal payment was only an authorization so no money was taken, but I had to wait 3-4 weeks for the authorization to expire. Unfortunately, I missed getting the part for a bike trip and had to go without it. If I had known there was no one manning this shop, I would have ordered from another seller for my trip.

Best UK price for Assioma Duo pedals. Have seen some other bad reviews, but perfect customer service for my purchase.

I ordered the part about 2 months ago and they still have not sent it. They do not reply on any email. They stole my money.

I was looking for a 4iii R8000 172.5 crank arm, and it was out of stock EVERYWHERE (except here).
After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant, but went ahead and put down the order.

When I noticed there was no option for express delivery I emailed the company, which responded that they could of course send it with express delivery on the next day, for a cost which was reasonable.
So they did. I received the item to Sweden, and the delivery company solved the customs fee and everything.

My new crank arm arrived in mint new condition as advertised, and I'm very happy with the whole process.
If you ask me, I would definately recommend this company and their services.

The experience and reputation of Bob Tobin should make this the only power meter company to deal with. Unfortunately communication is non existent. I have been trying by every means possible for several weeks now and they just never respond. I have given up and it has put me off using their services.

Was sceptical after reading some reviews but the product arrived in good time. Would recommend.

I recently came across cyclepowermeters.com and following the reviews i was a little dubious about them but called and had a long chat with Bob who was very knowledgeable about the products. I placed my order on the website Friday with delivery expected in 7 - 10 days it arrived Thursday, communication was brilliant even down to the couriers name. Would highly recommend checking them out!

I recently came across a fantastic deal on Assioma Duo Shi power meters at cyclepowermeters.com while in the process of purchasing a new road bike. The buying process was incredibly straightforward, and the power meters arrived promptly, with free delivery.

Unfortunately, my local bike shop had an enticing offer on a bike that already had power meters pre-installed. Consequently, I had to return the power meters to Cycle Power Meters.

The team at CyclePowerMeters was remarkably helpful and understanding throughout this process. I received a full refund merely a couple of hours after they received the returned items. Their customer service was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend checking them out!

Shocking level of after sales services. Bought a Rotor single sided crank set, couldn’t get it to work. Wouldn’t help, finally got them to take it back to look at , returned it immediately saying no problems, guess what. Factory recall issued on that series for faulty wiring, causing issues I had. So they never tested it, just sent it back and wouldn’t return any calls email etc when it still didn’t work.
Rotor UK, took 2 mins to id the serial number and replace for free.
Second time I ordered from these guys, didn’t want to know me first time either when the item went wrong so it’s not a one off for me. Judging by other recent comments it’s the same for most folk.

I ordered a Rotor Crank from them but when it arrived one of the nuts sheared on installation and the torque was well below the recommended 35nm. After numerous attempts I managed to speak to someone via Facevbook Messenger and they agreed I could send them back for a refund. That was over 5 weeks ago and now I cannot get hold of anybody to find out what is going on. AVOID!

Same as all the others. It’s been 5 weeks and no product. Emails are never answered, and phone calls just go to a recording.
