Bought a bike for my daughter for Christmas. Tyre's were flat after only 1 use which was disappointing however contacted Cycle Souq and they sent a repair man a few days after who fixed the issue and bike is in good working order now

Customer service is very unprofessional. They barely answer the messages on whatsapp and it takes them 2 days to reply. I wanted to do a return its been 4 days and i am still waiting for them to pickup the bike and deliver the new one.

Stock misinformation.
After placing the order and making the payment, I got an email that the item I bought is out of stock. Now I have to wait till first week of December and maybe I'll receive it by then. Very disappointing.
But at least they were professional enough to inform me immediately instead of waiting for me to follow up.
I will reupdate here once they fulfill their promise and restock first week of December.

Love my bike!
Love my bike! Ordered in the sale and was looking for a city bike with a basket. Have reveived many compliments on it. Wanted the pink colour but was sold out so got the black instead. Delivery was within 3 days and they delivered it made up with protective packaging around the basket and frame. Very happy and will be ordering another bike for my husband and some accessories too!

Great product but had to chase them as there was no confirmation on delivery date. I would say that the procedures and customer service need to be updated. Once the order was placed there was no follow up at all from the company.

Mount
The delivery was on time, I was given proper updates on what time of the day, and his location too.
The product had arrived and opened the package. Assembled and found that the mount was not proper fit. I had checked the description from the website and was mentioned that it should fit. I had checked with the customer service and mentioned that something is missing but it was explained that the “spacer” is sold separately. I was misled a little bit. Anyway, i ordered a different mount (110) separately just to let the item work. Paid and waited for the item but i was surprised that it was also sold out. I was left with no option but to refund that part order and was told that they will cancel and refund me the payment.
I ordered the mount from another dealer which came from Germany just to let the existing set work. At the same time, i got a response from technical team by treefrog and said that there should have been an option to choose the mount size of that particular model. I received the part and replaced / installed the new part. It is properly working and the product is great.
Almost 3 weeks passed, i am still waiting for the refund though.

Regarding the spacer and thru axle, these bike racks don’t come with these parts, as they need to be purchased separately based on your bike's fork mount size. We apologize for any confusion this caused. As for the refund, it was processed from our side, and occasionally it can take longer depending on the bank. I order my bike from this website and at least for your customer pls assemble the brake and gear cable to the mount at least so your custome just only left to assemble the body. And they didn’t gave enough part for the brake cable and I have to buy and then send to the bike shop myself.
