My old Fly6 product failed after 5 years (and is discontinued). It was an easy customer exchange and the staff offered a discount code to help me purchase a newer generation Fly6. I was happy with that outcome.

Not only does Cycliq make a great product, but it is an Australian company and the customer support is exceptional. Whenever I have had a problem, Cycliq support has been in contact and the problem has been resolved. Support these guys!

the cameras are excellent but the mounting bracket for the seatpost is the issue, the strap has a VERY weak thin plastic loop that you thread the strap through that is too weak to take the force of tightning the strap and keeps breaking

Great customer service! Bought a bundle Fly12 & Fly 6 and stupidly broke one of the lenses in the rubber case which Cycliq replaced foc. Cameras & Lights worked brilliantly. Merry Christmas guys.
Cycliq stands behind their products
The response to my original inquiry happened within 2 days, which I consider to be a very good turnaround time. The response was clear and concise. I take some credit for the crisp nature of my converation with support as I had submitted a very detailed explanation of my problem and provided thorough information about the troubleshooting I had done prior to contacting Cycliq.
I am VERY pleasantly surprised that Cycliq offered, unsolicited, to replace my malfunctioning Sport 12 at no cost to me even though it was out of warranty. This shows that Cycliq goes above and beyond to stand behind their products. This is a rarity in today's business climate, and speaks volumes about the integrity of the company.
Great product, excellent support
I bought a Fly6pro and Fly12Sport combo deal. GREAT cameras with exceptional battery life.
There was an issue with the SD card latch on the Fly12, (it kept popping out) but it's being dealt with quickly and efficiently by Cycliq support; a replacement is on its way.
All in all this is a classy product from a decent business. I'm very satisfied.

I have contacted Cycliq customer service on a couple of occasions now, in relation to my Fly6 or Fly12. Their response has always been quick with a positive outcome & solved my problems. They have excellent products & great customer service.

Fly12S Replacement.
My Fly12S Front camera was unable to attach to the Cycliq Universal adapter. I had been mounting it facing backwards and after time the connection to the adapter was damaged.
The customer support over this matter was first class. Emails were replied to immediately and a replacement was received within a week.
The Fly12S camera is superb and I would highly recommend cyclist to have one.
Roger from Cycliq customer support was brilliant in sorting out this issue I had with my camera.

I have a long standing customer with cycliq since their inception. Besides a good product, customer service and after sales support is the most important part of any client based company.
My recent hiccup while purchasing the FLY12 (my fault) and speedy satisfacory resolution shows the company has mature. I need to mention Ashe, the customer support person whom I have dealt in the past and always found him prompt, helpful and has good product knowledge. Cycliq needs more staff like Ashe. I am glad things have moved positively from the past.
I sincerely hope standards are maintained.
A area to improve Fly6: Not sure if the latest Fly6 has improved to the excellent the FLY12 LEVEL (Best in the market for any serious outdoor enthusiast).

Amazing customer service!
I mistakenly ordered a USB-C connection on my new card reader, instead of a Lightning one. When I contacted Customer Service about exchanging the two, they replied almost immediately that I could keep the USB-C and they would send out a Lightning one, which arrived a couple of days later. Amazing customer service!
Cycliq customer Service
Roger (my customer service representative) was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Because of the time difference we dealt through emails. Roger sent me directions to update my firmware. I tried everything Roger suggested I do and it would not update. Roger said Cycliq unit was out of warranty but the they would provide me with a replacement. I want to say the customer service is exceptional. I love my Cycliq, I’ve had it a little over a year and I use it everyday. This is a Great Company. If you are a rider I definitely recommend you get a Cycliq. Thanks again to Roger for all his help.

I was fairly certain my Fly 12 was dead
I was fairly certain that my Fly12 CE was dead. Support gave me two options to try to revive the device. Option 1 did not work. I did not think Option 2 would work but I gave it a shot and several hours later the device was up and running. Chapeau!
Well Done Cyclliq
I am a massive fan of Cycliq and it's products and have been using them for some years. I had an issue with my Fly12 Sport, that was out of warranty. The issue was resolved swiftly and very much to my satisfaction. Roger, the Support Manager, was excellent and gave a great customer experience.
Cycliq Support
I have used Cycliq Lights/Cameras for many years, I have recommended them to friends who I cycle with and have also purchased front and rear Cycliq cameras for my wife.
They have got better and better over the years as they should as new technology arrives.
The one thing that stays the same is the service that I have received from the support team, they have always stepped up, fast responses, helpful tips for me to try and sort issues and have gone above and beyond when failures have occurred.
Special mention to Roger who has assisted me greatly on more than one occasion.
