Fly 12 sport broken tab - Customer support
When my Fly 12 sport suffered a broken mount I was gutted - strange that you miss the ‘sense of security’ that having it brings. I contacted Cycliq customer support to see if anything could be done. They asked for details and photos of the unit - which I promptly sent.
After reviewing the photos they asked me to return the unit for inspection but immediately offered a replacement!
I have just received the new Fly 12 sport and I am very pleased.
From start to finish customer support has been fantastic. Ashe Pearce was courteous, reassuring and positive.

The support is excellent. They provide you feedback and they really hear you suggestions. I am really happy with the product (Fly12 sport) and the support.

The CycliqPlus App doesn't work
The CycliqPlus App doesn't work. Neither does contacting their customer support.
You'll just go around in circles with them telling you to reinstall after a fix is released. After that they don't respond at all.
Customer Service - The Best!
Well besides an awesome product with both the Fly 12 & Fly 6 Pro of which I use daily with confidence. I can't imagine why go with any other product.
I had a very minor issue with a unit. I contacted customer service and they worked with me fast and easy. The issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. One does not find this superior customer service these days. The folks at Cycliq were and are fantastic!
Excellent Service
We received excellent service from Ashe. Our Fly12 Sport had a fault, which we submitted via the Cycliq support page on the web. It was exchanged the next day for a new one. Can't do better than that
SD card problem
Had an issue with SD card on my Fly camera. Great customer support and comprehensive fix, sent to me. All good again now. Good team of people.

Fly 12 Sport replaced - easy experience
I have a Fly 12 Sport which was jarred off its mount and got smashed on to tarmac at high speed. Amazingly the unit still functioned afterwards although the footage of detachment and tumble was lost. However in the fall the plastic moulded attachment point was broken and I could not fit the unit to the bike. The unit was replaced without any hassle, even though I had not used the leash for an failsafe. Amazing service. Unit was over 2 years old
Great service and a quality product
I’d been researching and looking for a good front facing cycle camera for a while and while there’s plenty out there, battery life, or lack of was a major concern on those that are sold as Action Cameras.
I then came across the Fly12 Sport at Cycliq who state that their camera batteries are good for anything up to 7 hours and come with the added benefit of a really good light.
I ordered the front facing camera and was impressed with the weight, size and ease of use. It doesn’t have a live screen so all of your footage is viewed off the bike but really, why would you need one?
I was really impressed with the video quality after my first ride and decided to go ahead and order the rear facing Fly6 Pro which arrived quickly and after a minor issue with setting it up which was very quickly and professionally resolved by the friendly Cycliq team, it’s now up and running perfectly.
I would highly recommend Cycliq to any cyclist. Knowing that you have the back up and support from Cycliq and the important benefit of good quality video evidence should you ever be unfortunate enough to need it is a real comfort on our increasingly dangerous roads.

Had an issue with my front unit recently. Their help support was surprisingly helpful and resolved issue I had so that unit is now back to full working status.

Fly 12 product and support
I have the Fly12 and it is a brilliant product. The quality of the light and camera along with the size make it a great buy.
I also had a recent issue with my SD card and the support team provided some great help to get my camera back up and running.

Exceptional post sales experience
I have been a Cycliq customer for several iterations of their Fly12 devices. The latest Fly 12 Sport I had is great but the mount failed. I logged a support ticket with the team expecting to be charged (or not be able to be helped) as the device was 6 months+ out of warranty. To my surprise, Cycliq replaced my device even though it was out of warranty. Customer service was courteous and prompt. Would recommend any product that performs well and has such great after sales service.

I damaged an out-of-warranty much older unit by accidentally breaking of the port cover on a rear vieew camera/light combo. Cycliq was very responsive in sending me the part (I only paid for shipping) and providing me with instructions as to how to do this rather delicate repair, myself. The unit works fine, but I need the cover intact to avoid contamination into the delicate charging port and Micro SD card slot.
Great customer support team
Great customer support team, help me to troubleshoot a user error that I was making by using the wrong USB-C cable to connect to my laptop. The Camara works perfect on my bike handlebar and I even use it on my Truck dashboard to record while I drive to work.
