No real customer friendliness. Order somewhere else pls.

I got the product. Had trouble with hard- and software with my PC (win11...). Like that I was not able to check the product (SATA controller), if it works. It took me 2 or 3 days longer than the 14 days deadline (money back guaratee) to find out for sure that it doesn't work. Under these circumstances, I hoped for some goodwill from the sender.

Nope, no goodwill. None at all. They told me I can send the product (on own cost) and they will send it to the manufactorer for repair. In case there is no defect, they will charge me extra 49€ (which feels like a penalty for me).

No recommendation for this company. Lost 95€. :(

Dear Customer,

we’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. We always aim to support our customers – even beyond the statutory return period when possible.

In your case, the product was reported as non-functional a few days after the 14-day return period had expired. As there was no clear defect at that point, we offered to send the item to the manufacturer for inspection. Our message included the general notice that a handling fee may apply if no fault is found – a standard clause.

In retrospect, we agree that this warning was not appropriate in this specific case, given the low product value. It was based on a standard text and should have been omitted. We’re sorry for that and understand how it could have left a negative impression.

Thank you for your feedback – it helps us improve our processes and customer communication.

Best regards
Your Cyclotron Team

AVOID at all costs

Shameless company. Sent me broken SSDs that don't work on HP servers, blaming it on firmware versions and then refusing my right for a refund based on 14 days refund EU directive. AVOID at all costs.
