I'm totally in love with this product. I switched from lubes to Cyclowax in November 2023 and there is no way back now. Hours of cleaning my chain and cassette have been significantly reduced, chain is indeed always clean (even after riding in really bad weather), and riding my bike just feels better.

One of my best bike decisions ever!
I bought this 7 months ago. One of my best bike decisions ever. Wonderful product. Not only a smoother, faster, cleaner and more durable chain, but also much less maintenance costs on the other parts of my bike. The oil, grease and dirt no longer splash around. You have to get used to the waxing technique and interval for a short while, but after a few times you can do this quickly and blindly.

Easy to use, and the layer of wax on the chain is not too thick - the waxed chain is not too stiff that I need to free each link.

I was thinking of waxing for quite some time, checking for required components to get the drivetrain clean. Your overall package with an pre-waxed chain finaly made me do it. And it´s great.

I like the hot pot and accessories
I like the hot pot and accessories. The new waxed chain is… a new waxed chain, not too exciting.
I ordered 2 extra wax pucks which were lost in transit. CycloWax resent 2 more which have never arrived. I applaud their efforts to make the shipping company’s error right.
I I’ll only order wax from a US based company in the future to avoid the potential shipping hassle.
