The hair was really nice but a bit smelly. After washing just a little better. Will wear again but not often. May not buy again. Smell gets worst in the sun.

I love my hair. I have received so many compliments. The hair is easy to manage and easy to wash ( tangled free). I have ordered from them for about 5 years and the service department is always will to resolve any issue

This is my second order from Cynosure and I appreciate the fast response and the fact that they honor their policies. I ordered a fluffy, kinky curly unit and it did not disappoint. The unit is very nice and has a nice bounce and no unpleasant odor when I opened the package. I’m hopeful my next order will come out just as nice.

I love that the delivery is extremely fast! The hair quality is good too, the curls are soft and the hair doesn't smell bad after a shampoo. I should have got the pre-plucked wig because I did have to pluck but I think it's necessary to pluck pre-plucked wigs too for a seamless looking install. Overall I was happy.

I’ve ordered wigs from Cynosure several times. Each order was delivered in a very timely manner, with consistent updates during the delivery process. The wigs are very high quality and they look exactly like the pictures and descriptions, which is not the case with several other wig companies. I have also had to request a custom sized cap and it was done quickly as instructed. I am also very satisfied with the quality and appearance of the wigs and with the proper care they have lasted for quite a long time. I highly recommend Cynosure and appreciate their customer service, quality and honesty about their products.

Terrible quality, foul smell, and impossible to get a refund. Do not waste your money on Cynosure Hair.

As soon as I opened the package, I noticed the hair had a horrible, strong chemical/ foul smell. The quality was incredibly poor, very thin, and looked nothing like what was advertised online. I immediately started the return process without even styling or manipulating it. Despite returning it exactly as required, they are now playing games and refusing to give me my money back. They are holding my funds hostage. Avoid this dishonest company!

What made experience was the quality of customer service. When I received my unit it was exactly what I order.
