Kudos to Stephanie Cheeks in customer service for her quick and courteous assistance. Love the site, the videos and the attention to detail. Heather feels like part of my family ( though I am a dog person and she prefers cats😊)!

I have been buying products from CysterWigs for about three years now and have had a great experience just about every time.

No one beats their prices and the staff are friendly and immediately responsive. Heather's reviews, and those of the others who review for her site, are exceptional. She explains each wig thoroughly and has a separate channel where she explains every single color the wigs come in. These reviews include the strengths and weaknesses of each style so we can judge for ourselves before investing in them.

With few exceptions, I buy all my accessory hair from CysterWigs and am never sorry.

I enjoy the wig reviews of Cysterwigs more than any other. I was extremely pleased with the white label Carlotta and Larissa wigs.

This was my first order from Cysterwigs and my first time buying a wig online. I ordered Ellen Wille Point in the color Hot Flame Mix. The video wig reviews on the site are extremely helpful. Ordering was easy and the product arrived carefully wrapped. The wig is beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from Cysterwigs again.

The customer service was awesome when I couldn't locate a delivery, they went above and beyond to help me locate it and figure out what was going on. Heather has an amazing customer support team. Plus, every time I have had a question about a product, they always answered immediately, or if there was a back-ordered product, they give me options for choosing what would make me most happy.

I have been wearing wigs for about 10 years. I live in a small town that doesn't have a wig store, and I have alopecia so I HAVE to wear one. I've bought wigs from several different companies on the internet and CysterWigs is the best. I have bought from a couple of sites that I thought were pretty good. They had a good products. good advice, and good customer service. Then I saw Heather on a video on YouTube. I was impressed with her knowledge and how she presented the wigs. So, I bought a wig from her, a name brand I could have gotten from many different sites, except there was a good sale going on at the time and I saved some money. I have found CysterWigs to be very reputable, customer service is exceptional, I love Heather's videos, and she has great sales and loyality points just for logging in! I have had to return a couple of wigs. No problems at all. I am happy to be a customer and will continue to be. Thanks to Heather and staff!

I have always wanted to have a beautiful mid-length bob in an ash blonde with highlights, and Straight Up With A Twist in Shaded Biscuit is the one I have always dreamed of! After watching many video reviews, I finally decided on this one and I am so glad that I did. My only wish was that she was in regular synthetic hair, instead of heat defiant, but she is so beautiful I am willing to overlook that. The lace front is impeccable, with the highlights going down to the lace which makes for a nearly impossible detection that she is a wig. Cysterwigs has come through again. Thank you Heather and staff for another great purchase!

I emailed CysterWigs about needing to make a return due to color. Stephanie Cheeks emailed me back very quickly and answered all my questions. She gave me other color choice options and I really appreciated her advice. I was able to return the wig and I will be purchasing another wig in a different color.
