The wig arrived timely. The color is beautiful. My only complaint is that it appears to have less hair and curl. It also states it was made in Japan.

Cysterwigs.com is the best place to order your wigs. I have ordered wigs for 40 yrs(no kidding)because l lost my hair as a teenager and l am now 58 yrs old. Other companies send wigs with fly away hair on top of the wig that you can't control. But not Cysterwigs.com. Their wigs are better quality! I purchased Mia Tress Allure in a second color and took advantage of a great sale. The shipping wasn't as fast as I had hoped, I tried to call customer service but there is no customer service by phone, so I emailed. I think my email inquire helped to prompt someone and next day I received confirmation it had shipped it along a smidge. Beautiful hair (did not come with a hairnet - not sure why it didn't come with that - I always get one with other retailers -but no issues.

My first purchase went back, I totally picked wrong. The return went beautifully, you can tell a lot about a company your returning to. They have earned my trust and business. My reorder also went great and I love, love, love my new wig!!

I've ordered four wigs from CysterWigs so far, and every experience has been great. I will definitely be ordering much more from them in the future. The site is really helpful with informative information about each wig. Many times there are pictures of the wigs on someone who works at CysterWigs, so you can see what it looks like on a real person. They also have tons of YouTube video reviews that are so helpful. Their Instagram account posts pictures of their clients in their wigs...another way to see them on real people. I'm a big fan of this site and the shopping experience.
