Czarina World - dont buy online - you want get your items and they wont tell you why😂😂
Czarina and Czarina World are the same company and that is the issue. They are based on confusion. They appear professional but they dont have items in stock but sell them anyway. When they dont arrive they dont refund the customer or ask the customers to wait - they simply do nothing at all. They refuse to answer comments on Facebook or Instagram - so never resove the issues or problems with customers. The customers are not the enemy they come to you and pay you as they like your garments. But they dont like when you dont send them what they have paid for only for you to refuse to answer any of the $ EMAILS you have. You have two names and 4 emails- I would only purchase items if you have a great way of getting a refund. I have never encountered a business that ignores customer emails - customers have also been willing to work with you but those emails also get ignore. I would avoid at all costs unless you can personally see the item and get it handed to you. Dont buy online , dont expect emails , phone calls or any communication from seller if anything goes wrong. You will be ghosted while they hang onto your cash.
