Safe experience with Daekonline

I ordered 4 x 2 tires. In both cases they arrived within 1 week. Unfortunately none of the winter tires could be used (wrong size). I wrote about this to dækonline.dk and they ordered pickup via GLS. The refund of all 8 tires has also worked really well. So safe experience from here.

Good prices and a wide choice

Good prices and a wide choice, but the delivery took longer than promised. The tyres arrived a week later. I got the money back in the meantime and had to pay it again after the tyres were delivered.

No updates no respons

I've ordered once before. Was a superb experience. Now I've ordered again for a different car. But its taken 14 days so far. No updates, no nothing.

I wrote a contact ticket requesting information. No return on the request.

I had to call for the support person to say that's weird that the warehouse hasn't sent a confirmation that they're carrying out the order.
Frankly a damn terrible experience

Update. One of the 4 tires have arrived....

Extremely poor service and communication

I ordered four complete winter wheels, but daekonline.dk decided to ship only two of them — without any information about when I can expect the remaining two. Truly terrible service. Do cars in Germany only run on two wheels? German efficiency at its absolute worst.

On top of that, the Danish language used on daekonline.dk is so poor that it reads like it was written by a 10-year-old. It makes the website and the company look almost like a scam — something their service level unfortunately confirms.

I cannot recommend buying here. Spend your money elsewhere.

Faulty tire: Good Year 4seasons gen 3 225/45R17 94W.

Hey, cant get through to customer service. sad this is the only and last option for me to get through.
I bought new set of tires 2 years ago. (07-07-2023)
Good Year 4seasons gen 3 225/45R17 94W.
My mechanic just told me one of them is faulty and all cracked up, it's losing air and is not safe to drive. It's something they see happens on very old tires, but def not 2 year old premium tires.
Is this a common issue with the model or the batch from that year? Am I covered by manufacturer warranty? I mean these are not budget tires, I expect them to last much longer than 2 years.

Money blocked on account more than one month and no tires

My order was made on 19/11/24 and more than one month later we don’t have any response. On the website was saying our order is sent for delivery, but no shipping date or tracking number.
So two weeks ago, I cancelled the order but our money is still blocked on the bank, and order still not cancelled!! The bank says they can’t do anything if the company itself doesn’t unblock our money.
DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY

Tires not delivered almost a month

I ordered 4 winter tires from Daekonline on November 22, 2024, and it has been an extremely frustrating experience. Despite the website showing that the package is “on its way,” tracking the shipment reveals a different story. The tracking link redirects to PostNord, which states that the sender has provided shipment information but has not handed over the package. This suggests the tires haven’t even left their warehouse.

I have tried contacting Daekonline multiple times without success. I called their customer service number (77345733) numerous times, but no one ever answers. I also filled out the contact form on their website, hoping for an email response, but received no reply.

It has been 27 days since my order, and I’m left in the dark about whether I’ll receive my tires. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. At this point, I am starting to wonder if Daekonline is a fraudulent website run by scammers.

I strongly advise against using this service. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

High quality products but bad online shopping experience!

Ordered tyres and got these delivered within 10 days, good price and received what i ordered. Very happy with tyres!

However, pathetic online shop and worst online order experience as mentioned by many here. I wonder why they don’t improve online experience when they have good products..

So many contacts details given online are unreachable. The track & trace given is problematic and was not delivered on first date. Had to reachout to customer service who helped me getting delivery.

Hey! I'm very disappointment at dækonline!
At 21 of november i order 4 tiers and on the site... sas between 2 and 5 working days!!! But already it past 20 days and still i dont have them !!! Thei say mabe 1 more week.....So ho is crazy enough to wait 1 mount aster 4 tiers( no sorry no nothing..gest you need to wait......is disgusting! I don't recomand this Site DÆKONLINE!!!! RUNNNNNNNNN

Good assortment and prices, alas sloppy tracking

Good assortment and prices, +3 days delivery delay allowed so tyres delivered after 8-9 days, however, delivery tracking not very detailed.

Then finally they cancelled my order and now i must open a case with PayPal to hopefully get a refund. Absolutely terrible service and I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Avoid this company like a plague.

2 days delayed order cost me extra 750 Kr. cancelled 3 workshops appointments

Hi,

My package of tires was suppose to deliver on 13.12.2023 and it was delivered on 15.12.2023.
Daek online staff said GLS is not picking package and GLS said Package not ready. I am as customer paid full amount to get the service but just faced frustration and money loss.

I had to cancel my 3 workshops appointment which costed me 750kr. and had to take bus train to work.

I would wait to hear back what you have to say in this regard.

Worst ever company

DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Daekonline.com is the worst company with the worst customer service. I waited 3 weeks for my wheels and tires, only to get an email after having contacted the company several times that the order was cancelled as it could not get delivered.
You cannot speak to customer service. You only get an automated response. What a waste of time.

Never tried a worser experience

Never tried a worser experience than this - spamming with automated emails, but 0 contact for 2 weeks after I placed my order. And I still have no idea whether I will receive my winter tires or not.
I have sent them emails to get a status, and no respond at all.
Do not use this company!

You need to fulfil the order yourself

I ordered 4 winter tyres on the 29th of November. Two of them came by post on the 4th of December. The other two didn't show up, so I checked the track and trace info and it turned out they had been returned to sender. I called up daekonline and got some person on the phone who was kind of rude and not very helpful. He said he would send two tyres on a new order. This was pretty annoying since I already booked the garage for the job based on the estimated delivery date. Just out of curiosity I asked the support person why they hadn't informed me by mail or text that the shipment was returned and what would have happened if I hadn't called them... His response was "Then it would have taken very long time before you heard anything. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the order. We have over 50,000 orders per year. We can't keep track of them all"! I think thet's enough said. Now my tyre change, which is well overdue with the weather we've been having, must be delayed at least a week, I guess.

Very bad service

Very bad service! Sehr schlechter Service. 2 weeks I try to get a person on phone who can help me. First there was a wrong price. After I paid for the new order I need one week (lot of calls and mails) to get an email that they received the money and that they will send it. I received a tracking number but one week they didn’t send. The crazy point is, I call so often and I’m waiting always more than one hour on phone but nobody pick up. And always the automatic telephone announcement says that I’m the next person (number 1). Only my first 2 calls, 9 days ago they picked up and also they couldn’t help me. Now they didn’t pick up, because they see my number?? It’s already 2 weeks and still I didn’t receive my wheels. I chose a service partner from the website for the delivery. But now I see also that the service partner will close now, so I need also change the adress now. But nobody pick the phone and nobody answer to my mail. If since one week the tracking number shows me that they didn’t send, so please change the adress at least now. Now they will answer maybe after one week, when they send to a adress from their service partner which close now and where a delivery is not possible. Than I need wait again few weeks?
Just I wait again one hour on phone for a person who can help me but nobody pick up. I want only a contact person who can help me and communicate with me.
Totally I wait more than 6 hours on phone during this 2 weeks to reach someone.

Very very bad service!!!
