Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

d-automation gmbh ist Betreiber der Seite SEPAHELD.

Wir hatten die Absicht, einen Vertrag mit sepaheld einzugehen. Unsere Absicht war, Kundenrechnungen über den Dienstleister GoCardless einzuziehen. Leider wurde die Verifizierung seitens GoCardless abgelehnt und wir waren nicht in der Lage die im Vertrag genannten Dienstleistungen zu nutzen.

Man hätte erwartet, dass seitens Sepaheld das Abo dann ebenfalls storniert wird, da wir die Dienstleistungen nicht nutzen können. Stattdessen erwartet Sepaheld (oder auch d-automation GmbH) das wir weiterhin die Rechnungen zahlen, ohne die im Vertrag abgeschlossene Dienstleistung zu erbringen.

Aus meiner Sicht ist das eine reine Abzocke. Eine Kontaktaufnahme mitd-automation GmbH brachte es ebenfalls zu keinem Ergebnis, ausser dass man unfreundliche und bedrohliche E-Mails bekommt.

Sepaheld kann ich keinem empfehlen. Eröffnet stattdessen direkt einen kostenlosen Account bei GoCardless und versucht es über diesen Weg.
