We don't know whats happened with your order.
But Firstly with you didn't contact the customer service before let this review ?
In our delevery page you can see if you choose the cheapest shipment you don't have the tracking url , you just have a page who says your order in on the road.
In belgium last week we had a day off for us and for the transporter that's maybe why it's take so many time and it's depend too how fast your italiaan postal service are fast to deliver the order from Belgium.
But be sure you will receive your order

Product - Exactly as described at a reasonable price. Be mindful of the fact that the product is from Belgium where English is not the native language. This means that the product and its dosage details will be in French/German.
Shipping - The product arrived with minimal bubble packaging. I noticed a small tear in the packaging, luckily it was too small for the products to fall out from. The courier that was used, BPost, were slow and expensive. I paid 40 Euro's for the premium express service and it took them over a week to arrive. Another issue I noticed is that their website has limited English sections so dont expect to receive any assistance for English enquiries .
My issues were with the courier company and NOT D-Pharma, in fact they were helpful in replying to my questions in a timely manner.

Hassle free, easy to deal with, and fast delivery............A+
Website easy to navigate, multi lingual. In spite of this, I made a mistake and ticked a box stating I would collect the product from store, when mistake was realised I emailed DPharm and they, within a few hrs amended my order for delivery. Very pleased, and will be shopping again.
