Customer Support at 110%
Ordered albeit early in the ladder so the not every item were available at the day of the order. However they worked real fast to obtain the said items with routine daily updates from the support which took it to the next level. The Sheer good support they had is worth 5 Star, That my order took 72 hours to complete was no issue with the support keeping my updated under whole situation.

Good customer service, uncomplicated delivery
+: I really appreciated the customer service (quick, friendly, efficient) and the uncomplicated delivery once the order was completed. When they were not able to deliver a certain item, they offered me a way better item instead.
0: It took three days instead of the stated 24h for the delivery to be completed (nontheless they explained the reaosns for the delay, which I could totally understand)

I found your order and i see you wrote once, but for some reason we do not receive any notifications when a customer reply to an order, so i reported that so we can get it fixed asap. I see my colleague replied you on chat two days later and he helped you out. Our TOS (Terms Of Service) state our delivery time is 0-24 hours, but either so, i'm sad to hear that you wanted it faster, but i still hope you're okay and that you'll be back sometime :) GL HF mate!

Thanks for your reply. Your order was delivered after nine hours, which is pretty decent i'd say. Our TOS state our delivery time is 0-24 hours, so we should be well within that. If we exceeded that, we would offer you some sort of a gift, but in this situation i don't see any reason to.
