I've ordered a couple times and…

I've ordered a couple times and everything has been fantastic. I've been ordering from the United States for a loved one to order for pick up. I attempted to deliver a surprise birthday cake to his house, but he had to call them because it did not arrive within the specified delivery periods. I had to contact customer support several times as well but never had a clear answer to what was going on. The surprise was ruined :/ Their cakes and pastries, on the other hand, never disappoint.
