Bought a pre-owned PS5 and a pre-owned Canon DSLR from DACBY. Both were exactly as described, no damage they didn't mention, no missing accessories. Just clean devices at a fair price. The PS5 worked perfectly out of the box. No overheating, no disc issues, controller in good shape. If you're looking to buy a second hand PS5 without the risk of peer to peer sellers, DACBY is genuinely the right answer. The camera surprised me more. Shutter count matched what was listed, body wear was minor and already disclosed. Buying pre-owned camera gear usually feels like a gamble here it didn't. They carry PS4, PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and cameras from Canon, Nikon and Sony. If you've been searching for where to buy second hand gaming consoles or pre owned cameras online, this is the place. Would buy again without hesitation.

The customer support is very bad. I sold my 2 ps4 games on dacby, the parsel itself took a week to reach them, plus no receipt that it is taken from your home, furthermore they does not provide complete tracking of product, and i tried to call their customer support but they ignored it, i tried the whole day, 11-15 missed calls but still no answer and whenever you call, the voice comes, “team is currently busy, will call later” but no later calls came, they just doesn’t pick, this is the worst place i ever saw in my life for selling. I heartly suggest you not to sell or buy anything from them, instead you can go for other platforms like gamenation or gameloot, especially for gamers. This company is not trustworthy.

When I sold my Ps4 CD to them, which was already purchased from them beforehand, I played and returned after 2 months as I got that, but now they rejected my Disk without any remarks. They sent me a scratched disk instead.

After looking both offline and online, Dacby had the lowest price offered for PS4 Slim 1tb variant. I placed my order on 6th Oct after having long discussion with there customer executive on product dispatch and delivery process.
However due to some pin issue the shipment of my order got delayed by 2 days. I raised concerned and then only there team called and corrected the details.
The shipment was placed with Delhivery currier and trust me its worst service. They didnt picked up my order for 36th Hours, and once they did, they misrouted my order to another location, delaying the delivery further. There was no way to contact the currier people.
DACBY customer executive were available and constantly replying to my queries, but there was nothing much they could do. Finally on 13th I cancelled my delivery from currier site.

I will say the my experience was worst due to delayed delivery. Site experience and customer care experience was good. I can see lowest rate offered by DACBY and now One day delivery in NCR location, so in future will buy some games.
Suggestion, if you are ordering a high price item, try there cod option, they will take some min amount and remaining you can pay at time of delivery. its very good option.

Hi, if your looking for a honest review here it is, First I have searched about dacby in Google about it, before buying & selling in dacby but other review were negative, like not getting credit amount after selling & other things, but I tried my self because the prices to sell the used product was good & to buy some pre owned products are also good.

So I have sold out a PS product on dacby & I got the exact amount as mentioned but their are thing you have to do that dacby suggest like recording the product quality & while boxing so you have the proof if anything goes wrong & checking parcel till it get delivered & your good to go.

Even if you don't get your credit amount after 3 days of delivered product you can get your issues solved by dacby customer care & they will respond & will solve the issue, & on holidays customer care will be unavailable...

From my experience it's good 👌.

It used to be the best app for buying or selling games.

All reviews seems to be fake or generated review. 2 of my orders were pickup exception. One of them got cancelled as they told me cd had scratches. First of all why do you even post games cd in the marketplace before checking. Earlier it used to be a good platform for buying games but not now.

With increasing digital games being silently removed from the game store and game development studios not compensating the digital game edition users, I wanted to buy physical copy to preserve and play games with repetitive value. Compared to other pre-owned websites I can see that dacby is cheap and trust worthy. Can't wait to purchase more and increase my collection.
