Avoid Mobilize

Car is as expected but 3 months after purchase I am still awaiting installation of the home EV charger. This was to be done through the Mobilize arm of Renault. They are impossible to contact. When buying the car don't take this add on.

Real consumtion vs Declared

The declared energy consumption of Dacia Spring according to their info is 225km in mixed cycle and 315km in urban. These numbers are on the website.

Declared consumption 13,1 kWh/100 km

I drove urban 138 km on 77%

Now let's do the simple math
Usable Battery Capacity=
225×13.1 / 100=29.48 kWh

If 77% of the battery took me 138 km, then 100% of the battery would take me:

138/0.77=179.22 km

Even if we take mixed cycle (which in my case wasn't), the real range (179 km) is 20% lower than the official WLTP range (225 km)!

20% Carl!!!

Dear Dacia, does your management have troubles with math? Cause I'm sure your engineers don't! I could understand the real range being 210-215, but not 179 for fox sake! Correct your declared numbers as you're fooling the customers!

Second (less important but still), contstant error trying to connect My Dacia app to the vehicle. Back and forth with the support without any result.
