Customer service still exists.

Customer Service was a clear and honest interaction. When I did have an issue with a delivery, the staff were responsive to help me resolve the issue. Even getting direct phone calls to speak to a real person which is rare these days!

We have not yet received the returned parcel. As mentioned previously, we sent you the return parcel label on the 7th, and tracking shows that the parcel—returned by you on the 16th—is still in transit to us. As communicated earlier, once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund promptly.

Below is the email we sent in response to your initial concern:

"Thanks for your email.
I will definitely give feedback to our supplier regarding the quality of the product as you mentioned, and I will also look into updating the product photos on our website. The first batch we received two years ago were of better quality and included the orange color. We don’t open each subsequent batch to inspect every item, so it’s possible the quality changed along the way. We apologize for that.
The product is indeed from Harlequin Games and not a knock-off, so we do not have a different version to send in exchange. However, we are happy to offer a full refund for your purchase. Please find attached the return label to send the item back to us."

From the outset, we accepted responsibility, took your feedback seriously, and clearly committed to issuing a full refund upon return of the item.

It’s important to clarify: you haven’t lost your money, nor have you had to “chase” a refund. This is only the second time we've heard from you since sending the return label. The return is still in transit, and once it arrives, your refund will be processed immediately as promised.

Your most recent follow-up email was sent late Sunday evening at 9:30 PM—just two hours before this review. As a small team operating Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, the earliest we could have responded was Monday morning, which we did.

We are a proud local business that has operated with integrity for over 15 years. Our priority has always been to offer good products and honest service. We understand that you were disappointed with the item, and we’re very willing to make things right. But accusing us of being a scam crosses a line—it’s not just inaccurate, it’s a personal attack on our reputation.

Great Personal Service

It was refreshing when Ben answered the phone personally. Such a nice change not to have to press buttons as it is so impersonal. Ben was most polite and very helpful with my enquiry and I bought the product I wanted. My Granddaughter will be delighted to receive the Mini Zen Garden for her Birthday. Thank you for great service. Parcel arrived next day as promised. Thank you, I was very impressed with DadShop. I did stumble on it but now I have found it will be happy to use this service in future.

Nice looking but poor quality baby shirt

I bought matching dad and baby shirts. They look really cute but the baby one is not very good quality. One of the snaps doesn't fasten at all and another one often falls open. The material is very stiff and barely stretchy so almost impossible to get on and off the baby. It was only worn a couple of times and the print on the front is looking a bit worn already.
My husband says his shirt is fine. Only been worn once so far.
Overall, good for a cute photo but not worth if if you want to get multiple wears out of it.
Shipping was very quick.
Edit: I contacted the company and they sent an alternative child shirt to replace the faulty onesie. The shirt seems to be slightly nicer fabric. I have changed my review from 3 to 4 stars.
