Great Service. Non-existent Android App.

I love the concept of Daffy. We moved our existing donor advised fund from another provider and have appreciated the control and flexibility that Daffy provides. The web interface is nice and funding the account is as easy as it can be, given that we usually fund with stock.

My biggest complaint is the lack of an Android app. Not because I NEED an app, but because they offer an iPhone app. If you are going to offer one, you need to offer both. I can't stand when companies do this. At last check, Android's market share in the US was around 42%. Why some companies choose to discriminate against that portion of the market baffles me.

I reached out to Daffy support on the lack of Android support over a year ago. It's clear this is not a priority for them. While this may not seem like a big deal to some, this preferential treatment has me considering moving my account elsewhere.
