DA Gas installed my new Baxi gas boiler 2 years ago and have subsequently serviced it twice. I've found them to be excellent. Their price for supply and installation was very competitive compared to other quotes and they turned up on time and carried out the installation painlessly including removing the old boiler. There was minimal disruption and the water was only turned off for a couple of hours.
Their service visits have been similarly professional, turning up when they say they will and messaging in advance to remind me and let me know they are on their way. It might not sound like much but so many tradespeople aren't as well organised or reliable in my experience.
I have no hesitation to recommend them.

I have used this company on several occasions and every time I have received the upmost attention and professionalism, from Michelle in the office to the engineers that that did the work. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again for my future jobs/repairs.

Very professional and quick service

DA Gas had previously serviced my gas boiler and made an advance appointment for exactly one year later. The time was convenient so I accepted it. I was given a 3 hour window but shortly after it started received a text that their engineer was on his way. He arrived shortly after and serviced the boiler very efficiently. He also cleaned out the pump housing which was very silted up. He worked quickly and shortly after he left I received an email invoice which I felt was very reasonable so I paid immediately. A day or two later I received a courtesy call to check everything had been done to my satisfaction. All in all a very efficient professional service, well organised and reasonably priced. I will use them again.

This is the 4th time I have used DA GAS & as previously they provided an excellent service. Very helpful from my first enquiry right through to completion of the job.

D A Gas had already sent me a reminder that my annual boiler check was due and an appointment was made. So on the 20th March, I had my second annual boiler check done by D A Gas. The man arrived on time and did an excellent service.
The office is very contactable and helpful. I can highly recommend.

I used DA GAS to fit a new boiler and complete central heating system flush - they were substantially cheaper than British Gas. The company was a pleasure to deal with from the initial enquiry through to completion of the fit. The fitters themselves (Danny and Darren) were pleasant, informative and they were very meticulous on the quality of their work.

We won’t use anyone else now. They are so reliable and always do a good job. Michelle is also so lovely and helpful over the phone.

We have used D A gas now for at least 6 years, since they installed our new boiler. They are a totally trustworthy, reputable company. They maintain our new boiler, and recently replaced all ourCentral Heating radiators. No mess, no fuss, work done on time, site left clan and tidy, and most importantly, no leaks.

Boiler service was carried out efficiently by D A Gas, finding a problem with the diverter, the office arranged an appt to rectify asap with the boiler company as still in warranty. Prompt and courteous service all round.

I had a problem with a toilet slightly leaking inside the bowl. Contacted DA Gas who attended very quickly and resolved the problem for me - two visits were necessary. When I made the initial contact I asked for the cost of the call-out? I was told the cost of the job would be discussed and agreed at the time of the visit which it was not. That said, I was satisfied with the service and the invoice subsequently received.

Really good service from beginning to end. Easy to book, fantastic support throughout from the office and then the visit itself. Definitely recommend.
