Came in and saw the issue straight away, the part needed was going to take 7-10 days which we would have had to wait for with no hot water, but they searched providers and were able to get one in a couple of days, came in repaired and now have hot water again much to our delight!

Michelle the office manager was very pleasant and helpful to me. The fitter - Cain was also very pleasant and did a good job in our small kitchen. Would recommend to anyone needing a gas fitter.

Fitted a new stop cock which was leaking. Done efficiently and quickly. Then helped with a heated towel rail which didn’t heat up. Friendly and polite.

They sent one off the team round the early following day he was very polite and helpful and asked me what the problem was,
Once I had explained what the trouble was he did a few checks and told me what the problem was he then fix the problem and got my heating back on very quickly.

All the staff who work at this compay are great helpful and caring. The problem with my boiler was quickly sorted out the same day by a very knowlageable and pleasantt member of staff. I would recommend this company to anyone.
