A very dishonest company. Their support is terribly bad and takes forever before they get back to you. They do not solve problems to send money instead they try to keep the money as long as possible. They do not answer your questions directly to intentionally delay and extend the process. I strongly advise against using them. The other branch of the same company namely TalRemit is actually better, but has a lower rate.

I sent money for cash pick-up and the recipient didn’t even get the exchange rate I paid for on the first two transactions. Then I sent a larger amount (£5,000) and the bank refused to release it – even though the recipient had full ID and met all requirements.
The pick-up location listed on their website was completely wrong – it was actually a 4-hour drive away. He had to spend the night there, only to be told the next day there’s a £3,000 daily payout limit, meaning he had to stay another night to collect the rest.
Their customer service is a joke – no phone support, slow replies via online chat hours later, and zero care for customers.
🚫 Save yourself the stress – stick to Remitly. They’re faster, safer, have great customer service, and honour the rates they advertise.

I was sending money to relatives here they show me that transaction didnt went through try again i tried again went through but suddenly when i check my account money was deducted 2 times i contact them it was difficult to reach them only chats they are not helpful and i still waiting for my own money back my relatives didnt get any money too
So they took two times both transaction are dissappear i am thinking make police report for fraud....

Terrible customer service. AVOID.
Terrible customer service.
Exchange rate might be better, however they have terrible customer service.
They dont answer phone and request to leave a message which probably goes to trash as they never return your call.
If you try to reach them via chat, they will take hours to reply and then disappear without answering.
Even after sending the required documents proving source of funds, they will request same documents again.
When you request them a call to clarify, they will not answer.
I regret my decision to try them after reading 70% positive reviews, thinking that I might have a better experience.

For the first time i used this service…
For the first time i used this service but I’m very very disappointed! Since Saturday 15.06.2024 at 01:30Am i sent the money to the Gambia yet the recipient didn’t receive any money! And is still showing me on my app that is in processing i don’t understand anything about it!. Normally with the other apps it takes 5 to 10min the recipient could get the money.

I think this company Dahabshill offers…
I think this company Dahabshill offers a great deal in remittances. The platform I use in Canada is great but lately there is some bureaucracy showing it's teeth. It needs to be seamless and straightforward. the way World Remit works. World Remit also has a stellar reputation and has been at this a little bit longer. So it would be better for Dahabshill to copy WR in the online spectrum.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Their customer support is really unhelpful and only asks me to wait and be patient, and one guy had a really bad attitude. You get a new one every hour or so though so I guess that's a plus. I even wonder if this is some sort of scam since they only seem to want to delay the process in every step. I've sent the money 3 days ago and not yet received any answer as to where my money went or when it will be received. This is terrible since the money is needed urgently. I cannot advise you enough to use another service.
