I placed an order from Boolcom I…

I placed an order from Boolcom I received my package, but... The item was defective and apparently did not fit its size. I have attempted to return the item I ordered but was unsuccessful.After waiting two weeks I received an email saying I wanted the item back. Of course that's not true! I didn't want it back. No way! So from 21.08.2023 to today 16.09.2023 absolutely nothing. I have not been refunded nor do I have the item to return again! Strange, don't you think?
