Enjoy the clothing selections

Enjoy the clothing selections and the ease of returning unwanted items. Very cooperative in changing delivery dates and locations. Customer service outstanding-responded quickly and resolved my problem immediately. Just a great overall experience

Reasonable price, pretty good clothes

I feel that the price of the styling is reasonable for what you get. I had to over-communicate about my preferences, and clearly the person putting together my box did not read my preferences, because I regularly got colors and styles that I specifically said I was not interested in. In the initial assessment, I said I only needed work clothes, and I kept getting mini-dresses, loungewear and jeans. I had to email multiple times to remind them that I desperately need work attire. That being said, they did finally listen and provide me with a number of work appropriate options. In terms of fit, all the clothes except a couple have fit like a glove. I wish that more attention had been given to the specific input that I gave on multiple occasions, but I have kept at least three things from each box I have received and I wear them regularly.

Slow Shipments - High Price/Low Quality

Shipments are not timely and I was given less than 24 hours to preview my box. I received an email on Sunday, 1/3 at 8am that I could preview it. I did not see it until Monday, 1/4 around the same time. The box was already marked "ready to ship" so no changes could be made. It's now 1/14 and it's still saying "ready to ship." This also happened on my first shipment so, sadly, there will not be a third.

I also found the items in my first shipment to be of lower quality at higher prices.

Great Experience

I have been 100 % satisfied with my experience with Daily Look! The profile of my style preferences was thorough and easy to complete. I have just received my second box and I kept everything in it and almost everything in my first box. My stylist has been spot on with styles and sizes. I recommended DL to my daughter in law last week. Thank you!

I like the price and quality of the merchandise. Selections are what I requested. I usually keep about half of what is sent. Returns are easy. Very happy with the service.

I think Dailylook is a very good Company.

I had a extremely, great experience with dailylook.I was waiting for my box to arrive, and it never came to my home. I messaged Dailylook about the issue, and they got back to me the next day. I explained the situation to them & they helped me rate away , with getting me a replacement box ASAP. There were no hassles or issues about getting the issue taken care of. The people were very kind & understanding. All in all it was a great experience. My box not arriving , was from the shipping company, not Dailylook. I will continue ordering threw them again! It's a very good company!

Horrible experience, Avoid.

My first box got sent to an address I don't even live at. Then they charged me for it. My second box was hideous. The $40 in styling credits you get from returning a box, can only be applied to things that will ship in your next box. So there is no way to use your credits and just get the items, you have to get another box; which in turn gets you another $40 in credits. The Chat Bot on customer support is absolutely no help. Screams Buyer Beware trap. $80 lesson to learn and I didn't even get anything out of it. Terrible.

I love shopping thru DailyLook

I love shopping with DailyLook! I do not like to physically go shopping and Daily look has done a good job giving me choices of clothing every 3 months! Customer service is also great! I had an issue and they helped me until the issue was resolved.

It took a very long time to even get my first box. When I opened the box, I absolutely loved the colors, quality, and styles, but items were price $75-188, so I didn’t purchase anything.
Customer service was great about responding to a concern I had about a return.

Customer service is always amazing. Clothes quality also great. The behind the scenes hiccups is what made me cancel. Having to wait months between box arrivals. Still waiting on my last box that should have been here October/November. It’s now January

Collections Notice, no balance due

Mariana the customer service rep was incredible. No complaints with her.

I cancelled this subscription in August 2025. On January 1 2026, I received an email that if I didn’t pay 85$ for an item. I would be sent to collections if I didn’t call them within 10 days. I never received ANY emails with regards to a past due balance. I called and Marianna determined I didn’t owe anything, it had been paid in August.

The stress this caused was unnecessary and feels just wrong. Don’t ever purchase from here, the clothes aren’t cute anyways.
