Love what Daily Mentor is building and how they support brands who are serious about scaling. So many incredible niche and broad advisors/experts at your finger tips, on demand. Wish Daily Mentor existed when I started my brand years ago, probably would have saved me a lot of lessons learned the hard (and expensive) way.

My mentor comes prepared and gives me actionable insights that will improve my conversion rate and grow my business.

I signed up for Daily Mentor on July 4th with high hopes, but had to cancel on July 19th due to unexpected financial difficulties. I hadn’t used the service at all during that time and politely requested a refund.

While the team was kind in their communication, they ultimately refused any refund—even partial—despite my cancellation being well within the first 30 days. They explained I would retain access until August 8th, but that doesn’t help when you can’t afford to use the service in the first place.

For a platform centered around mentorship and professional development, I expected more empathy and flexibility. Life happens, and good customer care often means meeting people where they are, especially when the service hasn’t been used at all.

It’s disappointing to see such a rigid approach from a business that promotes support and growth.

Booked an online meeting with them, sat in the meeting room for 20 minutes. Then checked my emails to find they had asked to reschedule it a couple of hours prior.

Would have appreciated a bit more notice, as I had planned my day.

Then I get another email saying that they will jump into a call with me in 15 minutes. I sit there for another 30 minutes without anyone coming, and I get no response from them.

At this point, I've wasted an hour of my time and still have no meeting.

Not a nice experience!

I wouldn't write this review had they offered a 100% money-back guarantee - if a business can't provide that in this age, they are probably operating fishy.

From the urgency sales pitch to the onboarding into a slack channel to the rushed meetings - everything smelled like scam. Turns out it is - we didn't even get through to book all of our "allotted calls with "mentors""

Let's be real - Dave Fogarty sells cringy wearable blankets (!) and was lucky to hit the jackpot before iOS privacy changes.

There's nothing of real value being provided in this glorified slack channel - just a bunch of low-level ecommerce operators who are shouting basic questions to current or past agency owners.

I had a session with Jayden this morning to review our Meta Ads account, as I wasn’t confident about the structure and was concerned our ads were showing too frequently. Jayden took the time to go through everything with me and offered clear, actionable pointers that made a lot of sense. The session was really informative and gave me more confidence in how to improve our ad performance moving forward. Appreciate the support - highly recommend!
