This is the first review I've written for Trustpilot. Normally, I wouldn't bother, but this site is so bad that I felt a moral obligation to warn others against it.

Avoid like the plague, they will happily make it very easy to deposit but behave like a dodgy insurance company when you want to withdraw. I'm having to send email after email just to withdraw £20. Absolute sharks.

Would give zero if I could, worse site I've ever come across, won't let you withdraw winnings, now having trouble taking my card off there system, am reporting them and hopefully they will be discontinued

Worst site ever tried to withdraw my winnings but wouldn't let me. Said I need to provide verification of who I am so I did that but it kept rejecting it saying it wasn't valid. Stay away from here as they are a bunch of robbing b@@@@@@s.

Awful games and wagering that should be illegal.... avoid at all costs. Pathetic. Should be shut down. To get my £50 win I had to wager £3500+. Laughable

Omg this as got to be the most weird site I have ever seen 😳 I even had 6 pound of my own money left sitting on there and that as disappeared 😅 its completely gone and now they want ID go and do one shutting this one down right now

Has to be worst gaming site ever sent at least 20 forms of ID trying to make a withdrawal and always getting g them rejected will now be reporting them to gaming commission trying to get matter resolved they take your money no problem but will not pay out

This is the worst casino site I have found yet. A bonus that requires 65 x wagering(!), zero customer support, £2.50 fee for withdrawal of your money(!), complex and irrational identity verification designed to prevent withdrawal. A complete joke.

Attempted to withdraw winnings on 07/07/21, having sent all required verification documents correctly. Still unable to withdraw winnings and have blocked my account. Sent several emails to support and exhausted their complaints procedure. 03/08/2021 and still not received a single email response from this casino, instead they have completely blocked my account. I've reported them to the gambling commission a couple of days ago. Its a shame because there are some good games on this site, but they are just not willing to pay out and withhold funds for no reason.

Absolutely terrible I won £300 with a £40 deposit it’s been over a week my identification has been verified by I am blocked from the site after about 6 emails to the company no reply still waiting avoid the site I can’t stress this enough no live chat no telephone number absolute disaster

This site has got to be up there with the worst bumping site i have ever been on. You get a bonus only when you deposit however you need to use all your money before you can use bonus and the wagerings that high that you would for sure loose all your money. Then to withdraw your own money you need to pay a fee. Laughable! Never ever paid a fee to lift money i have won. Then to withdraw you need to prove all this identification which never works. Shouldnt be taking your money if they are that worried you may not be who you say you are! Will not be back on this site thats for sure!

Great winning but can't withdraw. No matter how many forms of identification you send their not allowing funds. Lady emailed yesterday called Ria saying try now you will be able to withdraw.... NO I CAN'T

Worse casino bingo site I have ever been on and that's saying alot even worse the Mr spin and his mate dr slots forgetting the x65 wager for any bonus just to get your withdrawal your charged a wooping 2.50 per transaction which is free at 98% of the others also yeah have to provide all documents d licence or passport proof of bank card also a utility bill,also you can deposit first hand without them checking your account and then be told you can't withdraw until theve reviewed your account with in 48 hrs which for mw was 50 hours, in a nutshell don't both stick with the popular ones sky bet p power etc
