Hi Alek,

About the 2 types of playlists: That's true, it doesn't work that the bigger a playlist, the more streams it will do. We have seen a lot of playlists with a small following that outnumbers the streams compared to a big playlist. This is because smaller playlists can easily consist out of a core of very active listeners, and can hop on hype or trends, and make it high within the search results of Spotify. Playlists with a lot of followers can easily be dead because it's older, and people stop listening to the music. This can be due to age, bad curation, stopping with ads, etc. We use all budget to try to get you as an active campaign as possible, and this can lead to a combination of active, and less active playlists.

Your statement that this is due to bots is not true at all. We're doing heavy background checks on all playlists we are working with. Once we see an unexplained growth spike, it means it's botted. Is a playlist nowhere to be found in the search results, and does it still have over 20,000 unexplained listeners with 400 followers, it's clearly fake. Does a playlist contain only artists with 10k monthly listeners in the first 20 slots, but still doing 5k listeners? This is obviously fake, as most listeners want famous artists within the top regions of playlists for recognition. This list of checkpoints goes on and on. Once we detect any sign of unreal activity, we exclude playlists from our network immediately.

However, about the safe ratio, you're mentioning: That is a statement we don't support at all. 15 to 25% is only seen with fake playlist promotion, or really targeted Facebook ad campaigns for instance. People don't save tracks in a playlist that often. This would mean that each listener saves every 4th to 7th song... This is definitely not the cause with each playlist in existence. Take a workout playlist for instance: People work out on these playlists and are not actively saving music to their own library. This makes the statement of 15 to 25% rarely impossible.

Due to the huge activity on your track: I checked your campaign, and this was a playlist that was growing very fast and had high search results within Spotify. This causes a lot of people to visit the playlist and play your song. You're not sharing the actual saving percentage. This could easily be 1 to 3%, which seems a lot more healthy. But nowhere close to your false statement of 15 to 25%.

I'm sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the service. After reading your complaint, I need to say that it makes sense that reposts get removed after 24, 48, or 72 hours. This is also communicated on our website, where we guarantee at least 24 hours of repost time. This is the industrial average. So this should not be a case of getting upset about reposts that disappear when we show this clearly on our website.

About the partial refund: We offer this once we didn't meet our target. This is clearly explained in the same and only video that talks about this refund possibility. But with your case, you purchased a 3M follower package, and we delivered reposts of in total 4,5M followers for your track.

On the last note, you're mentioning that the streams you've gotten were fake. However, in 2021 where bots can be in any data center in the world, this doesn't come down to third world countries anymore. When you look on SoundCloud and Spotify, we've seen tons of fake streams come from cities like Los Angeles, New York, big American cities. However, growing SoundCloud channels with advertising is easier for people in countries like Indonesia, as it's cheaper to get the people to follow the channels compared to advertisements in the US. On top of this, we already improved your campaign after your first response, we got your song many more reposts, likes, and comments as a result of our PR efforts, and we even offered you a discount on a future campaign. Giving us 1 star in return for our given effort doesn't seem fair to my company at all.
