Wish could give lower than 1 star! I have bought previously from this brand in the past and never had a problem. I pre-ordered the faithless dress around November 2025, it is now February 2026. I have been very patient as it was understandably delayed due to UK shipping/tariffs so they said it would be shipped mid January. No email January, so sent an email end of January politely asking for a an update. No answer. Sent a couple more emails asking for an update a week apart each. No answer, so I sent a stern email and still no answer. I have resorted to posting on here and social media. Such a shame their business is in shambles because they have terrible customer service. Do not buy from here. They also seem to filter their instagram comments so negative reviews don't show...

These bras are the worst thing I have ever tried on the itch. I couldn’t even wear them if you see on the ads it’s supposed to have four snaps in the front. Mine only had three I never never replied to get my money back cause I figured I’m never gonna get it. You see these ads for the bra and they say that they’re closing down and they’re not they’re still sending the crap online. Worst thing I ever did was buy bra from them. I wouldn’t buy anything from them.

This company feels like it's run by a single very sad person and not a whole team, haha. I ordered a dress a couple years ago, and they took over a month to ship it out.

I sent multiple emails asking what was happening and they only replied to one after I said I would cancel my order through my credit card if I didn't hear back from them, although I would have liked to just get my dress. They replied by saying they cancelled my order. (It's worth noting that out of all the emails I sent to them, the only one they replied to was this one and with the attitude of a teenager no less lol) When I asked why, they kept childishly replying with the same "we are confirming you have cancelled your order" email over and over again.

If you really want any clothing from this company, buy cheap replicas of their stuff on Taobao instead; the quality there is probably even better if not the same. They don't deserve your money. :)

As countless other reviews mention, they straight up ignore customers! I have no clue how they’re even operating when there are thousands of competitors who will respond to messages and actually ship your items!! For context, I placed an order over a week ago…no order confirmation, no estimated time of shipping, no response from their customer service line when I messaged them about my order. Ridiculous unprofessional people, hope they go out of business. Never ordering from this brand again!!

I bought 2 daisy bras and ordered accordingly to the size chart on website. My size ordered was 3xl. Well I couldn’t even get it around me not alone fitting my breast in it. I gave to my friend to try on, she wears 1xl and size B cup and she just told me they just fit her. Total waste of money and absolute garbage product.

I order in February 2024 and it’s July 2024 and I still have not received my order I sent an email can’t find a number to actually talk to someone and they have not responded back yet 😡 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY PERIOD!!!

Warning. Do not purchase from this company. You need to return items to China at significant cost and they still refuse to refund money. They have now advised that they have returned item to me due to unpaid customs. Buyer beware.

Dress arrived creased as a rag. I said I didn't want it and sent it back and they are still putting me through the hoops about this that and one thing and another. Probably won't see my money back and spent money on returning it. No way does the item look like the one online. So disappointed with them.

It’s a sham company.

They’ve paid $ for a shiny website but in reality are an import company for extremely poor Chinese sweatshop clothing. No labels, stitching is shoddy. Buttons are dodgy. Shipping is long. Customer care is non-existent. Nil reply to numerous return requests.

I spent $76.02 And I received all the wrong size. It’s not even close to my size sent emails and I still have not gotten a response. I would not recommend this seller.
I didn’t even look at the quality of the bra’s because soon as I took it out of the package I already knew that it wasn’t a 38D

Terrible product. Jumper nothing like the advert. Unwearable and straight to the bin. Do not buy from this company.

Still waiting for my order it’s been over a month can anyone tell me if it is coming

I have not received my order, been waiting a month for it will I be getting my order, or do I need to contact my bank to get my money back, this is awful.

Still waiting for them to get back to me to process a return; after finally receiving my order after 4 months, it is unfortunately too big. I am too worried to order a smaller size now after reading all the reviews. I haven't received any correspondence for the entire 4 months despite multiple emails about when my item would be shipped. And now that I want to process a return, I can only imagine how difficult this is going to get. It has already been 2 weeks since my appeal to return. I need them to confirm the return and I will very happily send the item back to get my money back!

My dress arrived in 4 days. It's srsly the cutest. Would 1000% purchase again.

Wish I could give 0 stars!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Withheld my money for weeks after I had cancelled an order I never received. Couldn’t even get a response back until I threatened to go to Australian consumers commission.
