Great customer service experience

Had an issue with logging in that the AI chat could not resolve. Was connected to a human agent within a few seconds, who sorted my issue out in just a couple of minutes in a very professional and efficient manner. Thank you again for your help Yash!

Excellent service

Everyone went above and beyond to sort out my broadband problem. I was called back to check on the status of my line and again, later, to make sure I was happy everything had been fixed.

Fantastic 5-star service from Lee!

Lee from O2 Business (formerly Daisy Communications) visited us today and provided outstanding service. He arrived right on time, was extremely polite, and was a pleasure to deal with. Even though he had been given limited notes and faced an unexpected setup, his patience was incredible. He stayed on-site until he had done absolutely everything he could. A really nice guy and a massive credit to the company!

Excellent help

I had to ring today as my manager has been off sick and we needed to add a new training message to our phone for this afternoon. I had no idea how to do this and was in a panic as we needed it for today. John was really calm and was able to sort it all out for me. I am very grateful for all his help.
