From no result in 3 years to getting result in 6 weeks
I had my target weight set since 2022 and I was trying to eat less, exercise more to achieve it. However, it kept eluding me. The nearest I got to it was within 1.5 Kgs of the target! This went on for 3 years!!!
I started getting coached by Daivik, understood the nutritional aspect of things (what to eat, when and how).
Started following it almost 80% and when I checked my weight for the first time in 2 months, I saw the number that I kept as my target long back :)
I am very happy with this result and would encourage others to really understand Nutrition!
