Trustworthy and much cheaper than local stores

I ordered mobile phone for my son and received it in 2 days. All was quickly and received in good condition. As I bought phone for my son's Birthday, so didn't checked in in work, but believe, all should be fine.

I ordered a phone, and it arrived quickly and well-packaged. It's my first flagship device, and likely my last, but it's nice to have this checked off my 'try everything' list in life. Now that I've also addressed all the minor things I missed out on in childhood, I can fully concentrate on creating the future. Let's hope this mindset persists. See you in the headlines then.

I ordered the phone because the price pleasantly surprised me. My color was not in stock, they immediately sent me a letter about this and links to alternative colors. after choosing, the parcel was sent a couple of days later

I have never bought from Dakauf before and at first felt somewhat uneasy. The reality quickly dispelled my worries. The item arrived sufficiently quick (and exactly within time-frame advised upon purchase), well (and carefully!) packed and was brand new, untouched, in immaculate original packing with all accessories etc. Throughout all stages of item's travel I have been well informed by Dakauf and was able to follow the parcel's whereabouts with tracking number provided. I have thoroughly tested the item within first few days after receipt and found same to be in full order. All in all there's nothing left to be desired and I must thank Dakauf' team for quality of their goods and excellent execution of my order!

First up, the store is legit and I had a good overall experience with them.
I ordered a smartphone they were offering at a great price. The order process was straightforward, the only thing that tripped me up a bit was the payment method.
They only accept direkt bank transfer on an invoice basis.
They received the transfer on the following day and immediately confirmed my order.

Unfortunately, shortly after a customer support representative got in touch and told me the item just sold out and I had the option of a refund or waiting for the item to be back in stock.
They were honest about not knowing when they would get the item back in stock again and it might be taking a while.

I opted for the refund and the representative confirmed the request right away. The money was sent back within 2 working days.

Overall a positive experience if a little unfortunate as they ran out of stock.

I'd be confident to buy there again.

The online store is legit. I ordered a Xiaomi 13t phone with 12GB of RAM but they sent me 8GB model by mistake. I didn't pay attention at first and opened the box and started to set up the phone.
When I noticed the mistake and wrote to them, it took about three days for them to respond. But when they did they were very apologetic and sent me the return label for the post machine. They didn't mind that I have opened the box.
The only downside was that I couldn't take the new phone to my trip during Christmas holidays.

Had trouble with payment confirmation and the support was a bit slow to respond, but ended up helping in the end. Currently waiting for the delayed order.

Price in this store was lower comparing to other places. My order arrived much later than expected. Delivery was delayed 3 times. Communication was a bit frustrating. They don't provide any phone number and willing to communicate only via chat or emails, but both channels were slow with initial responses. Package was delivered undamaged.

Price lower then all others competitors and shipping period was correct. Package was opened as understand this only way to get this price. Can recommend this shop.

We have a positive experience. We ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner, the original arrived, a complete set - so no complaints. After reading the reviews, we knew that there were delays in delivery, so we weren’t worried that the goods would be delayed. The manager kept me informed when the delivery would be.

Received my Google Pixel phone incredibly quickly. Didn't like that I had to make a manual bank transfer but that's a small issue. Great place for such cheap prices. Would order again

I ordered a Samsung smartphone from them.First they wanted to send me the phone with the box open.Then they promised to send a new one in a few days, but they still sent the smartphone with an already opened box.Where original packaging seal label stickers was overglued with fake ones.
