I got a corner sofa bed. Very easy to assemble
Can't say much about quality cuz it's still new, the time will show.
Delivery was very quick and the driver was very helpful.

I ordered a sofa bed on the 14th it was delivered today the 20th I got a text the day before with a slot of between 9am and 2pm the delivery man rang when he was twenty minutes away it was delivered promptly at 9.10am he was friendly and helpful the sofa bed is really good quality i am impressed as it was half the price of other sellers and free delivery I would recommend Dakota Furniture.

Great sofa bed, comfy, the service and updates on delivery were excellent. Came with cushions and a complementary blanket. Will definitely look to use again. Big size with storage.

Oh my God! Our sofa and wardrobe are absolutely amazing! The quality is excellent, and we received them just 5 days after ordering, even though the estimated delivery time was one month. The delivery driver was very polite and incredibly helpful. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this company!

This is the 3rd time I've bought it. I'm very happy with the purchase. Beautiful wardrobe and great quality wood. In the description it said that the delivery could arrive in up to 3 weeks I hesitated a little to buy more to my surprise I received it in 3 days this was amazing.

The purchase and delivery process was good. But for assembly, the screw holes didn't line up, which made the assembly quite frustrating.

Great communication, delivered on time, regular update through day of delivery and an excellent team member who delivered and installed the furniture. Highly recommend!!

Ordered a corner sofa and received within the same week, quality is very good considering the price range and service, would highly recommend!

Delivered the wrong unit, never replied to the emails about the issue. 2 weeks after still awaiting for a refund.

Finally, after opening a dispute with PayPal a refund has been provided. Still never replied to my messages.

The product we ordered has been great thus far. Easy to put together and comfortable - a good value for the cost!

That being said, the delivery experience was unfortunately not great. The delivery driver refused to assist with bringing the packages to our flat. Instead he dropped the three large boxes on the side of the road blocking the pavement and said “it’s not my problem”. Thankfully my partner and I were both home and able to move them, but if you live alone or have any sort of mobility issues I struggle to think how they expect you to get the boxes to your flat on your own.

For a a company that provides and delivers rather large pieces of furniture I urge you to rethink this aspect of your ordering process.

The outdoor furniture is a tenth of the price of other retailers but looks exactly the same. The quality looks really good so far; I will probably paint with rustproof paint to keep it going longer, as I would with any outdoor furniture. Delivery was prompt and communication excellent.

I ordered the SARAH Sofa Bed for a spare room. I chose it because it looked modern and comfortable and fit the space in the room well.
The order process was straight forward and I was kept informed every step of the way. I received an email and phone call on the day of delivery which was really useful. The delivery driver was lovely and very helpful, especially moving a difficult sized piece of furniture on his own. The free gift was a nice touch, thank you. The sofa is lovely. It looks great in my spare room and is comfortable for both seating and sleeping. A great addition to my home at a great price. I would purchase from this store again without hesitation. Thank you for a great experience.

Excellent delivery service, good product at reasonable price

Overall im happy with the product . Delivery was really good by DX .
The issue was with missing parts from my order(legs), my emails were responded to on the same day, although very apologetic, it took several weeks of chasing up for the parts to be received by post . Very frustrating not to be able to use my garden furniture straight away.
