I think it is just wrong when a…

I think it is just wrong when a customer spends $4,750.00 on three batteries and 13 months my charger goes out and I have to buy another one! I think you need to look at the warranty on the chargers. It also took two weeks to get me new one. Should have only taken several days. I have definitely changed my option on this company.

I picked up two more 100 amp hour…

I picked up two more 100 amp hour batteries for my bumper pull camper to keep my AC 110 refrigerator and office running while I'm driving. The Dakota lithium inverter along with these batteries I'm sure I don't lose food in the refrigerator and that I can work in my office even if I have no hookups when I work fire or flood.

Ordered batteries in April

Ordered batteries in April, 2025. It is now Nov. 2025. Still no batteries. Their excuse is Trade wars and Tariffs. I also got a reply that they should not sell them for the price I paid. (which was full price on their website).

Purchase the 54ah used maybe a handful…

Purchase the 54ah used maybe a handful of times and then it basically died contacted Dakota lithium to warranty it they said it should ship pretty soon I didn't think anything about it 3 weeks went by I contacted them they told me the batteries were basically back ordered and would ship when they arrived I called back 2 months later they've never arrived to be shipped I asked for a refund they refused I asked for an upgrade to another battery in stock they refused they said it would be mid October in mid-october I called back they still haven't received any batteries they're still back ordered now they tell me it will be mid December how convenient to get out of your warranty requirements when you just make the excuse up that you can't get a battery but yet you can still sell brand new ones considering legal action against this company absolutely pathetic

So I bought a 12 volt 54 amp Dakota…

So I bought a 12 volt 54 amp Dakota Battery and charger. Have had less than 2 years. Battery works fine, but now the charger has quit working. Dakota tech says the battery is warranted for 11 years, but charger warranty is 1 year. Guess I’ll look at different brand of charger.
Can’t believe they don’t back up their accessories like they do their batteries.

As the saying goes “One is none ....

As the saying goes “One is none, two is one, three is two …. and if you are building your preparations with only one back up then you have failed to prepare.”
If you don’t have it in hand, and you can’t live without it, then you have failed to properly prepare for life in the suck zone.
Electricity is a luxury in our lives, that is if you’re not tied to a breathing machine or some such tether necessary for life. If you are not dependent upon it for life support, then it is a luxury you can live without. But you can live much better with it and in many ways, we’ve become so accustomed to it and take it for granted that it will always be there, and when it stops due to whatever event has interrupted it, then we think we’re going to die. And unfortunately, some do.
Owning and having on hand a Dakota Lithium 2400 Power Bank system is not just a luxury, it is essential for when you are forced to embrace the suck (as we say in the Airborne Ranger environment) so stop screwing around and dilly dallying your way into the suck zone because baby, it is coming to a neighborhood near you. Do as I have done, buy two systems and two of the solar panel units and then when the suck comes big time you are ready to just drive on and CONTINUE MISSION .... Sua Sponte

Happy Customer

So far, I am happy. Have had the 54amp battery for a couple years and it is still doing well. It is easy to charge and lug around. That is what led me to buying the 135 amp. Must admit, I was surprised it did not come with a charger when the 54 amp did. I had to do some searching to see if the charger that came with the 54 amp would work on the 135 amp. What I read seems to say it will work. Let me know if that is incorrect.

Thought I had ordered a full size…

Thought I had ordered a full size battery. Really screwed up fishing trip. I’m on disability and live on pennies so I couldn’t send it back in time and just use it now to run electronics on my old aluminum boat. Nothing goes right for me anymore. Things just keep getting worse. It’s not your fault but it looked like the right battery in the picture. Thanks

Lithium battery awesome got 100 ah and…

Lithium battery awesome got 100 ah and 54ah. Customer service was awesome was able to upgrade my 100ah to 135ah.. Just bad on the chargers been replaced 2 time now since I upgraded my 100ah to 135ah. But didn't came with the charger. So need to find a charger that is affordable. 😕 😞

Had an issue with my battery

Had an issue with my battery. Did some trouble shooting with a specialist. Really simple directions. Turned out the battery needed to be replaced under the warranty and they did all the warranty work. Smooth process gives me confidence buying from them.
