They ask way too much money (>€600 for chimney cleaning) and do not have a legit BTW or KVK number, neither do they have an address. Never trust these people.

Scammers,

Over the phone they said 75 euros and when they came they charged me 889 euros for 20 min work. I reported them to Police, and I will tell everyone aboutrr their scam so they dont steal peoples money.

This is pure fraud/mafia business.
Before taking appointment I asked for cost but no reply directly appointment was given. Today Dutchman showed up & said he will clean chimney from above & I don’t need to stay nearby. After 15-20 minutes this man was inside house. I didn’t see him anything at fireplace. He start to write IBAN & asked me to write my details. Then he wrote invoice 445.5 euro + 130 euro for camera inspection + 24.95 euro as Voomjkosten, total 600.45euro. I was asked to pay on spot & also sign the invoice. I contested such cost as last time I paid 80euro only.
The guy called his so call manager who initially threatened me & later gave 50 euro discount & pay remaining or else he is going to come to my house & it will not be good & cut phone.
I still refused to pay. Then the Dutchman reduced price to 450euro, few minutes later 300euro, Finally he agreed if I pay 150 euro by cash, he can close the matter.
I asked him to give corrected facture & certificate before I pay he refused saying he need money first.
Finally the guy left saying his manager will come to collect money. I am waiting to hear from company.
To me it’s fraud business who are there to rob money from innocent, unsuspecting people.
