Still haven't received the shoes
Still haven't received the shoes. Never received the tracking number and after repeated emails, I was told I was wrong for not receiving it. Keep getting this "rate" me email even though nothing has arrived. So 1 star. I ordered over 2 months ago and this came by air so I know it isn't stuck off LA coast. Will update once I actually receive it, or you will see my business complaint when I request my money back for it never arriving.

I was leary to buy from this site…
I was leary to buy from this site because there wasn't very much information about it. But I decided to take a chance. I was a little worried that it would not be here before Christmas or come at all. I use the Shop app to track all my packages and I didn't get much correspondence regarding my package. My order did arrive in the time slot given which was around two weeks. I was suggest use the Fed Ex shipping method if you need your items within a certain time frame. The quality of the items were good but I can't speak on the fit as of yet because they are Christmas gifts and he hasn't tried them on yet.

Recently we received a lot of feedback from customers about the quality of our products. We have changed our workshop. For low quality orders, please send pictures to our email dallascowboyshome247@gmail.com. We'll exchange you for a better product at no extra cost, and we've done this for recent orders that have been responded to by customers.
Again, our prices are cheap but that doesn't mean we produce low quality souvenirs. We're Cowboys fans and want to give fans like me unique souvenirs, that's why we don't charge high prices. If you want a very good quality product, we have to raise the price. Hope you understand us. We do not develop this store with the primary purpose of making illicit profits from Cowboys fans.

I find the price and quality quite good compared to the market and many other stores. I received the item after 22 days of ordering because I chose USPS shipping. The 2nd order I chose FedEx cost more but I received my order within 10 days
