Great purchase at a great price, delivery a1

I needed a balance to weigh shells to .01g accuracy for a small piece of biological research, and found by an internet search that Dalman had three that might be suitable. So I sent an e-mail asking for information and advice, without expecting very much - my experience has been that replies to this kind of query are often slow, and the advice often not useful or reliable. I was pleasantly surprised to be phoned within a couple of hours by Ryan, with very clear, helpful and honest advice about which balance would be best, how best to use it, and what kind of accuracy to expect. The balance arrived within 48 hours, without my being asked to pay any extra for quick delivery, has been easy to use, and performs better than I had been led to expect.

The scales arrived swiftly and well packaged.
In operation they are very straight forward and the instructions are exact.

I had purchased a DN1 diamond and moissanite tester very cheaply, however after a short time it failed and the seller could not be contacted; it turned out to be not genuine but a fake.
Ryan, at Dalman answered my email for help and advised me of my best course of action - I bought a new genuine DN1 from Dalman which is working perfectly. Thanks Ryan.

All i can say is; i got the product (2000gr, washable scale).

But the scale doesn’t work. I tried multiple (new) batteries and after a day the scale stops working. Seems to me the scale is defect..

I have GT-5000 kitchen scale and I highly recommend it. It’s very precise and reliable. It’s a perfect size for a scale. The company and their products are very good quality. Great customer service too.
