I love the way these shorts feel! I was nervous about the quality & fit but they’re excellent and true to size! They sit on the waist too which is good for feeling comfortable during my workout sessions. The only critique I have is the lack of “care/washing instructions” on the shorts. I hand washed them to be safe but that info would be useful in the future!

The shorts are so comfortable and flattering. They are high waisted and don’t roll down. It did unzip when I was doing jumping jacks. I think a small would have been perfect for my waist as I got a medium. I have been wearing it going out too and love it.

I love the Essential leggings in navy and black! Similar to Dami, I too enjoy neutral colors. Perfect to wear no matter the weather, and they soak up the sweat. I’d purchase again.

The material is so soft and stretchy. Maybe even size down from your usual size

I absolutely love the fit of the black zip up biker shorts and the new sculpt bra. They look great and I can't wait to get the new sculpt leggings too. Would definitely recommend!

I just received the Khaki Zip Up Biker Shorts today, and tried them on. I was unsure of the sizing, as the guide suggests for my size (UK 14) to get a Large, but I got a Medium instead and they're a great fit!

The material and feel is so nice, very soft, gives a nice shape to the body as well. I haven't exercised in them just yet, but have high hopes. I think they'd be great even just for everyday wear too. I like the zipped front, its different from what you normally see. Delivery took a little long, but I guess that is due to delays, great customer service from DAMIHOW when contacting them regarding it! All in all, can't complain!

The only thing I would suggest, maybe for new items in the future, is a care label, or have it stitched/printed in the item just with washing instructions, but other than that, can't fault. Will buy more items when I get a chance!

Great quality shorts and they’re really flattering!

I love the quality of the products I ordered! The only issue I had was with the sizing of the products (I might have just measured myself wrong) as the leggings came up small. However, the customer service was amazing! I was issued a quick refund for the leggings that couldn't be exchanged and the pair that was exchanged for a larger size was delivered quickly.

The quality is fantastic, makes me want to the gym... although now that I have the t-shirt I have to get the bottoms too

I was nervous about receiving my items because I’m not sure what size I am now due to having a baby. I was worried it wouldn’t fit well but it was perfect. Plus the quality is spot on. I will definitely be purchasing more items.

I struggled a bit (when first trying on) to get the waist part over my thighs and butt..however i made it happen and they fit perfectly!! Just how i like my leggings to fit. No slip or readjustments needed.

Great active wear. Only problem was crop top strings were very loose although purchased my normal size. Have to tie a knot at the top.
