Saw a model I really like (fenrir) in steel i wanted (CM154, though 14c28n would have been just fine for my purposes) and a discount code from Damned Designs sealed the deal. Got it! Shipping was fast and I am now greatly enjoying this knife. Love it. Quality of build, looks, price.

Don’t really care for the customer.
I never got my knife got lost on transit and the company didn’t help me what so ever, like it was my fault the post office lost my product.Other companies actually care for customers satisfaction and offer either a re-delivery or a refund. I got neither spent the money didn’t get what I purchased and that’s it.

Checking out your review history, I'm shocked that you receive bad service from many companies and another issue related to delivery. However, let's ignore the pattern.
We cover packages as long as they are undelivered by USPS. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but aren't, need to be challenged directly with them. They have a way to pull up where the delivery was made via geo location.
Thanks to your feedback, we have now added 'Route' package protection that customers can buy to further protect their packages at nominal prices!

EDC game changer
I now have 2 of their knifes the blades hold up extremely well. Very sharp and the beads they sell are definitely my favorite! my latest has been stuck to me like glue as a great addition to my edc.

Finally picked up a couple knives two…
Finally picked up a couple knives two weeks ago and they are some of the best knives I have ever bought. Right out of the box super smooth and very sharp. Not to mention the attention to detail with the box it came in and it also came with a little microfiber to clean the knives. Absolutely can’t wait to buy another knife!!
