Dampmaster Ireland assessed an interior wall in our home. The report was unsatisfactory and not fit for purpose. When I tried to contact the agent (having paid for the report in advance) to address my concerns, I found him unresponsive and unavailable. His superior (and namesake) has proved equally avoidant. The lack of customer service to address legitimate concerns has been truly deplorable. Use this company at your peril. Dermot O’REILLY

From my first interaction with Patryk on the phone right through to completion of the damp-proofing work at my property, I was really impressed with the efficiency & professionalism of DPC. All work and options were patiently explained, follow-up queries were dealt with promptly and work started ahead of schedule.
It was an absolute pleasure to have dealt with Patryk and Szymek while on site. Their attention to detail, friendly disposition and fantastic work were much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering their services

I ran into a nightmare of a damp issue in my kitchen during a renovation and didn't know where to start. I contacted a few companies and Patryk was the only one to return calls and show up at my house as agreed to assess. They worked their schedule to get the problem fixed for me asap as I was under time pressure. 3 of them worked for days and they were great workers, really polite and really clean. They talked me through everything and were zero hassle when here. I'm really glad I took a chance on them based on the online reviews. I absolutely recommend them and they will be back as I am considering more mechanical vents now in other rooms. Thanks guys!!

I highly recommend DPC Ltd. They were highly professional and efficient from quotation to implementation of the works. I got 2 extraction vents with sensors installed and a moisture sensor vent in the bedroom. Holes had to be drilled in the ceilings and new electrical works had to be carried out as part of the job spec. The men did the works in a tidy fashion and tested everything on completion. DPC took care of the electrical aspect by subcontracting these works to an excellent electrician. I am delighted with the quality of work and the fans are of a high quality and energy efficient.
