I came across Emma at a Christmas fair in Essex and was immediately drawn to her beautiful jewellery. At the time, it was early in the festive season and I was still searching for the perfect Secret Santa gift. A couple of weeks later, having not found anything that compared to Emma’s designs, I got back in touch. She was absolutely lovely and kindly arranged to make another version of the necklace I’d admired, which had unsurprisingly already sold. Throughout the process she kept me updated, communicated clearly, and posted it promptly. It arrived beautifully wrapped and ready for the Secret Santa recipient.

Just bought some lovely silver earrings at the Hertford Christmas market. Lovely lady, bigger box might have been better but otherwise perfect. Thank you.

Brilliant customer service from Dancey’s Designs - I caught my much loved bracelet and snapped it, Emma put herself out to mend it for me and delivered it back to my home. She also free of charge mended another bracelet that I had broken years ago.
I cannot recommend her enough and her jewelry is beautiful and affordable

Had a menopause bracelet made for me by Emma at Christmas and have worn it every day. I managed to catch it on a door and break it last week and was without it for a week….my hot flashes were awful u tol I managed to get Emma to make me a new one!!!
