I love Dancing Leopard so much! I've bought a number of outfits from them over the last 2 years and I am always so impressed by their funky & stylish prints, which make sure I always stand out from the crowd ;-)
As I live in Australia, the post can sometimes be a bit slow, but usually arrives within 1 week. Their customer service has always been fantastic, and recently when my order went astray for 4 weeks, (which was not their fault, it was with the courier) Lauren was incredibly helpful, and always with a prompt response, she helped me get my items. I'm a very happy customer :-)

I am leaving a five star ⭐️ review for the outstanding customer service that I received from Lauren at Dancing Leopard. There was a faulty button on a garment that I bought. I let customer services know & was given the upmost priority to resolve the problem. I was treated as a valued customer which I greatly appreciated. I love the clothes & quality that is Dancing Leopard & I won’t hesitate to shop with them again.

I have purchased 4 beautiful dresses in the past year. Love them! Arrived quickly and true to size.

Already planning on a few more although it’s hard making a decision as there are so many to choose from!

I purchased a new jumpsuit from Dancing leopard and through a labelling error received the wrong print. I contacted customer services who immediately replied with a solution. I sent the item back and emailed them proof of my postage receipt, they sent me the correct item straight away and it arrived the following day!

I had to return the kaftan I had ordered as it just didn’t suit but unfortunately it seems to have gone astray. Consequently I had heard nothing from Dancing Leopard but when I did get in touch they couldn’t have been more helpful. Arranged an immediate refund and although I did have proof of return etc they didn’t ask to see it. First class customer service much appreciated!

I love the clothes from Dancing Leopard. They’re usually great quality, fashionable and are quick to arrive.
However, I had one complaint about a pair of Halo yoga leggings I’d ordered and unfortunately, took the tags off when arrived.

They cost £69 so not cheap. After wearing them for a few minutes I just wasn’t happy with them. They kept slipping down, the crotch seemed really low and they didn’t sit in place, every time I walked (let alone exercised) they slipped down, I kept having to pull them up.

I contacted customer service and they couldn’t care less! Said I couldn’t return them, not even for a credit note. I replied back and they just ignored me! No response.
So not great customer service. And terrible gym wear.
