Beautiful guitar, well made, great tone

Beautiful guitar, playable right out of the case. Great tone playing thru a Roland JC 22 amp. Workmanship on the korean guitarl is top notch with nice straight neck and low set up on the strings. Could not be happier with the guitar. Thaks

Bought a beautiful guitar in the Aspen…

Bought a beautiful guitar in the Aspen store. Garland was my sales person who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. It was a very non pressured transaction and we were able to get in and out the door quickly. I was a great experience. It’s too bad this store is closing because I would buy another one from Garland!

The T-shirt itself is great

The T-shirt itself is great. Nice quality material, printing on it is nice and clear.
I received notification that the product was shipping, but then the updates showed for about 3 days that ‘label was created and waiting for USPS to receive it’. Then, when it was finally shipped it took 3 days.
It was shipped from Cincinnati….i live in Cincinnati. About 6 miles from the place it was shipped. So, shipping process definitely needs improving. Don’t send a “notification of shipping “ if only a label has been generated, then it sits for 3 days.

I setup me new EX1 serial number and…

I setup me new EX1 serial number and information, and it stated that I could get 30% off accessories, once filled out. Did that online. Then it gave me 20% off on accessories. So I went to accessories and purchased a hard case for my new Premier EX1. Tried to enter the discount given. did not work. Needing the case, I paid for it. emailed sales about it. They seem to think that a hard case for one of their guitars is not an accessory, even though, it is under accessories. Change it. Dee

Never received my full order

Never received my full order, email customer service twice with no response and no refund. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will never order from this worthless company again!!!!

I love the guitar

I love the guitar. Everything about it is exactly what I wanted. There was only one problem. I purchased the Excel 16. The pick guard was not fitted very well and required several adjustments of the mounting bracket to fix the problem. On this model, the pickup is attached to the pick guard. When it arrived, the pickup was resting on the 6th string. Someone had placed a stack of foam backed adhesive tape under the pickup to pull it down but the tape had pulled loose. I think the people manufacturing the guitar did not want to take the time to adjust the bracket and mount the pick guard correctly. That should not happen on a guitar this expensive.

The Shop app is terrible. I did not get tracking info.

Well, the buying experience was a bit difficult since they use the SHOP app. I did not get tracking information. I struggled to find a way to contact customer service, and that is handled by a 3rd party as well. The first hard shell guitar case came broken But I must say that their customer service person did a great job and replaced the broken case right away.

I'm so sorry to hear you had an issue. SHOP is a purchasing option on the site, but we do also offer traditional credit card payments. Tracking information often goes to spam and we're very sorry you did not receive it. We do not outsource our customer service, but unfortunately don't have a team on hand outside of our normal business hours which often leads to a delay in getting back to customers on nights and weekends. I am terribly sorry that the case came broken, but am happy our team is able to replace it for you. I apologize for the inconvenience and trouble with this one!
