Takes them 5-8 days to get around to actually posting an order. Emailed them but no reply. I expect better for the price of the clothing. Disappointed. It’s been 11 days and I’m still waiting for one of my items.
Absolutely horrible. They sent me the wrong…
Absolutely horrible. They sent me the wrong product, I called them only to find out what I wanted isnt even available in my size, so now I still cant get what I want, after wasting $80. You'd think a store with such high prices wouldnt put you through the ringer like this. I get better service after spending $10 at Aliexpress.
Refused to exchange a gift
Received a top as a gift, was bought one week before I received it. Had tags and their own label on it but it did not fit me so I asked to exchange it and they have refused. I sent photos , I went into the store, no one would accept it returned to exchange. I'm not asking for a refund, just want to swap it over for something that I like. I was told my friend who bought me the top would have to send me a bank statement as proof of purchase. Wtaf. You have some lovely things but I will never return to your store, you have lost a regular client.
Used to be great but the customer service is slipping
I’ve bought so many times from Dangerfield online and mostly, it’s been seem-less. A few missing or damaged items is fairly normal. Any customer service emails took a long time to be addressed but eventually they were politely and effectively. Although, in lockdown, I had a few issues and my emails weren’t responded to at all. I had a dress with a hole in the front arrive and a scarf that was pulled and torn and neither of the emails were responded to. I called the phone number but it’s either not in use or not attended. Very odd for Dangerfield because they’ve always had a great attitude so I can only assume they are swamped and just too busy. Now that stores are open again, it wouldn’t be an issue but then all the stores were shut so it wasn’t possible to get help.
Disappointing experience
My first shopping experience went great, so I decided to continue shopping at Dangerfield. However, the latest experience was a disaster! Despite having to pay 15 euros for international delivery (which is fine), I was additionally charged 45 euros for an express delivery service I hadn't asked for! The customer support team employee was trying to explain how this is a normal procedure and shift the blame on me. If the policy had changed, why isn't this change clearly stated? Why is it that I received an email of a successful order without a single word of additional charges?
This is neither professional, nor OK.
Really disappointed with Dangerfield’s…
Really disappointed with Dangerfield’s returns policy...I have spent a lot of money online, however found sizing to be really inconsistent. No option for free returns, and so when I went to see if I could swap my items for something in-store I was told that one of my items couldn’t be exchanged at all and I couldn’t get a credit voucher for another item!?!? I love the prints that Dangerfield make but this is a deal breaker for me! Will be talking to ACCC about their returns policies....Online shoppers beware!!!!
Bought a leather jacket
I bought a leather jacket from Danger Field last year and I really like it. It's not genuine leather but the texture seems fine. I have worn it for 3 months now (exclude summer, because it's way too hot...) and it looks like it will last long.
Fantastic store
One of my favourite stores. The clothes are amazing and cute, the material is nice, and they fit GREAT. I'm a small person so it's hard finding clothes that fit me perfectly, but Dangerfield sell clothes that actually fit me. I love the designs, like the bee shirt, or the 80's checkers jacket (my fav). I've never had any issues with them, my stuff arrive nicely packed and ready for me to try on. Can be a bit pricey but it's okay, worth it. However, stuff there doesn't last very long in store, always new stuff coming in.
Amazing shop to buy from, I strongly recommend
