I’m going to be honest. I have had my Dango Dapper Pen Wallet for like 7 or 8 years fellas. And it is still going strong. I lost the pen after like 5 years, found it again, then lost it again which sucks. The writing pad over time, falls apart but that’s expected since it’s just paper and a bit of cardboard for the cover. Even then it lasted at least 4 years of note taking. The only issue I’ve had, is the pen flexes out the leather after so long. So I had to wrap electrical tape around the base of the pen so it would stay in the wallet. Which stretched it out more resulting in me losing the pen the second time. Even then the tape lasted over a year. All in all I would buy the same wallet again. But they have better wallets now so I might get a different one when I need it, idk. I love this wallet. The build quality is good but I have lost 3 screws that hold it together. But tbh, I just now noticed while checking it because it still holds together perfectly with the 3 remaining screws lol. I’d recommend it for sure. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go ahead and pull the trigger on this one y’all.

I've had my D01 Dapper Pen Wallet for 7 years, and its been a fantastic EDC. I just ordered a new wallet skin (the wallet part that connects the metal frame), and for $45 I was able to basically get a brand new wallet (normally $120 new). This also included new screws in black and a new Dango wallet band (which is an essential component for the wallet). I'll be back in another 7 years to do this again. The only negative is that the integrated pen that comes with the wallet isn't designed quite right, relying on gaskets to stay closed instead of screwing together - materials get warm, air expands, and the pen comes apart as it gets older. Solved it by ordering a cheap mini bolt-action pen for $12 off Amazon. Otherwise a really great wallet.

I have a few dango products and will continue to buy products from them. Everything from the quality and style of products is perfect for any EDC enthusiast. The customer care is top notch. They handle any problem as best as they can and quickly. Love this company!

The company went above and beyond to help me. I emailed customer support wondering what a specific bolt/nut size was on a product that had been discontinued and while Dango did not know the size they did have an extra bolt/nut and offered to ship it to me free of charge. I was not expecting that at all! Really amazing company. I reached out on February 2nd and they had a solution later that day also. Very quick turn around time!

The wallets are the best quality on the market (sure room for improvement somewhere nothing is perfect) tactical series was incredble i own all 4 plus 2 A10 also becky with customer service was incredible! Her attitude made me want to buy more as I enjoy supporting great people and a great company!

Dango Products has great high quality products. I like their ultra modern design and customizability of the wallets. Of anything ever wears out I can still keep the base and buy replacement parts on their website!

Also, their customer service is great. I had a small issue with shipping at the reps were prompt and took care of me. 100% satisfied!

I initially had a challenge with acquiring clarifying information about Dango products and configuration options. I expressed that difficulty with Dango and received a personal response from the CEO. He assessed in short order what I was looking for, assembled it, and submitted images back to me the next day. A beautiful product. More to come...

Ordered a phone case and wallet for Christmas, They sent the wallet with the wrong phone case. The phone case they sent was there much cheaper phone case for the wrong phone. Wrong case. Wrong phone. They took their time sending the correct case and it’s been about a month now and I finally got it today and the case is terrible. You can’t press the power button. The wallet doesn’t even fit on the case. Just absolutely terrible. Now I’m seeing that they will only do returns within 30 days and seeing as it’s been about 30 days since we started the process of actually getting the things we ordered, And it’s obviously been longer than 30 days. Now seeing the terrible reviews on here, Coupled with the fact that they don’t have a customer service phone number anywhere on the Internet, Seems like a scam company. $180 this phone case and wallet cost.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on products over the course of several years with Dango. I have several versions of wallets from them as well as other items. My most recent purchase was a wallet that their description claimed up to 10 cards. When I received the item I was surprised that I could only hold 3 cards per side. That’s a significantly different amount, especially since none of my cards have raised numbers and based on my past experience. After contacting customer service I was told to ship the items back at my expense and they would deduct the cost of shipping from my return. After another response I received an apology, I responded my appeal that I had spent several hundreds of dollars before and I was being penalized for their poor or even worse false advertising and received another response that they were sorry and would look at the product. In this environment with e-commerce there are certain costs I feel you should burden yourself with as a company, especially since I can order items directly from manufacturers in China who offer free returns to China, but even worse won’t burden themselves after hundreds of dollars of past purchases don’t affect your decision.

I usually never leave reviews, but to be frank this customer service is of outrageous quality, so it felt like my duty to put it out there. Out of my 308$ order. They forgot to ship 2 items summing up to: $100 excluding import tax. Import tax you ask? Yes! They did manage to put it on the item list for import tax, but managed to forget to include it in the actual package.

This seems quite a human mistake, and it can happen. However the true issue at hand is the complete lack of follow-up from customer service on their end as I tried to reach out upto 3 times to get the issue resolved. Following in them not responding whatsoever. What however got me flabbergasted is that I left a bad review on their website, because of the lack of service, and on the item they forgot to ship. It seems however my review is unable to be found. So here it is my review of my experience and the showing their lack of communication and resolving qualities. I must say I do like their aluminum products, however I cannot endorse this company for the complete lack of customer care, and fraudulent practices.

Place an order (Order no. 1371494)
on Dec 15, 2024 but nothing is received (Jan 3). Try to cancel the order but they said they will ship the products. Fedex status: "Label Created" since Dec 20, 2024. Why charge us Fedex Priority International rate when you don't have the products ready?

Update (Jan 7, 2025): Package received.
Received a message from Charlie, the CEO of Dango, about the update on the delivery. The package arrived today. Although it was too late to be a holiday gift, the quality is good. Friendly reminder: About 20% of the total amount was charged for customs fees in Canada and the handling fee from FedEx.

Great quality, excellent function and great value overall. I’ve been looking for a wallet for a long time and am so glad I found Dango!

So i bought wallet for Christmas 2019, the bi fold one and quality of that thing is absolutely shocking. Metal is metal nothing wrong with it but leather is a joke, stitches are mostly ripped and the best part i don't even use it that much once or twice a day if even. I mean that thing costed me more then 100€ and 4 years later i need new one. When i asked about warranty the lifetime labeled one they said no warranty on wear and tear so basically is just scam.
