I recently purchased two nightstands from Dania online. I was a bit hesitant to purchase because I live in the south, and the shipping was expensive, but I really liked the look of the pieces. When the items arrived, I was in the midst of a home renovation and didn’t open the boxes for almost a month. Unfortunately, when I did, I realized that I hadn’t taken height into account and the pieces were very short, and much too low to use with my bed. I hoped to return these items, but Dania has a 14-day return window, so I’m out of luck. I contacted customer service in hopes of getting a store credit for return, but no dice. The policy is spelled out on their site, so I won’t say they’re being deceptive, just not very customer friendly. As always, buyer beware.

THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR FURNITURE
OVER PRICED AND NO INVENTORY
We picked a set to purchase and after two hours and two trips than they told us one of the pieces will be ready to pick up September even though the chir was in the store. It was part of the set.
Well we decided ok we will pay for the couch and love seat upon paying with my business credit card they made big deal of my partner name on it and i ask please send electronically and I will pay that way.
They refused to do that as well.
The manger Yaon is horrible horrible horrible customer service. He shouldn't run the store he should work for fast food like Mcdonald.

I've been purchasing my furniture from dania for years. They're a little $$$ but you know it'll last you a life time. We enjoy their delivery services and if you pay a little fee they'll happily take the old item away. As my items need replacing I will replace them with furniture from dania.
